very nice property, great front desk people, comfortable clean room, great location for the Swartz Bay ferry terminal (and victoria airport) and also check out charming Sidney on the FREE hotel bicycles. Breakfast was nothing special (but many cute cafe's close by).

very nice hotel...clean and fresh...front desk people very friendly...our US GPS device does not work in Canada...so many times I asked front desk customer service to print out paperwork.....they are very patient and treat me very nice....the weather in Sidney is definitely better in downtown Victoria...with some sea breeze......

Cleanliness of linens (blankets) needs to be updated. The room seemed clean overall. Maybe I just ended up w a dirty blanket. Great hotel and mostly clean. Laundry in building. Great customer service. Great pillows and towels too. Short was clean. Room was well lit and uplifting.

Comfortable hotel in middle of small upscale community. Close to ferries, airport, Butchart Gardens and more, with easy access to Victoria. Large, well maintained rooms, but bathroom a bit cramped. Breakfast not included, but offers 25% discount at adjoining restaurant in morning.
We chose this hotel due to its central location relative to Butchart Gardens, Victoria and, of course the ferry terminal that was key to our travel. The rooms, facilities and personnel were professional, engaging, and very helpful. Each seemed knowledgeable about the Sidney area and willingly answered our questions concerning local restaurants and attractions. The room exceeded our expectations, and our next trip on the ferry from Washington State will include this lodging.

Other than change my key card three times and one day they forgot to make my bed, everything was great.
