Stayed for one night and would definitely use again. Lovely sized bedroom and very clean. My only complaint was that the wifi was quite poor. I had a room on the ground floor, so maybe it's not as strong there. Didn't have time to use the pool and other facilities, but will make time on my next visit.

Stayed for four weeks and had four different rooms, always very clean and spacious with either a table and chairs or a sofa, large LCD TV. The beds were comfortable. As a single traveler on two of the weeks I had more beds than I knew what to do with, one was with a twin and two singles and the next was two doubles. The staff were always very helpful and courteous. The restaurant was more than adequate with ample choice on the menu.

First time to this hotel for a quick 1 night get away. Spoke to the receptionist Fiona on the phone a couple of times and was really helpful. The lady was also on check in and when we checked out and we were always greeted with a smile. Breakfast is wonderful and the staff in their are friendly as well. We sat for breakfast over looking the football stadium which was really nice. Would recommend this hotel to stay at

Arrived all ok. Very nice rooms. Problems started when we went to the restaurant for dinner. No steak no salmon no curry. No feta salad actual virtually nothing. Poor girl serving us deserved a medal. She was told they had had a busy weekend oh but they had all day monday to buy food. The managers had gone home to be able to help us.

We had a lovely overnight stay. Fiona checked us in, she was knowledgeable and welcoming. She ensured throughout our stay that we were well informed and comfortable. We had breakfast over looking the football ground which was a great experience and breakfast staff were very friendly. We used the leisure facilities which were good and the onsite spa treatments. Everyone was very friendly and overall we had a lovely time thank you.

Telford whitehouse hotel is a modern large hotel with a big car park, pool, gym numerous bars and dining options, close to motorway and main roads with pleasant staff .we have used this hotel twice now and it be our hotel next time in Telford

we arrived at around 5pm and got checked in just before the coach party turned up. Phew! Family downloaded into the room and foud that the cot was already there. Good job!. The room was clean... and any staff that we came in contact with were really friendly and helpful. (although one of the reception staff seemed a little stressed... I think she saw the coach arriving over my shoulder) We didn't eat there... deciding to do breakfast elsewhere and being out most of the second day at a wedding. The only issue we had was the room was VERY hot. No heating on but it was taking the full blast of the sun. Aircon would have been very nice as we dressed for the wedding! If we left the window open at night the noise woke my 5 month old daughter. But all in all a good stay.

From the day of arrival to th day we left the service was amazing the reception staff were helpful, friendly and extremely kind. Ted and Nick in the restaurant were fab as we're all the other staff members. The cleaners did a fantastic job of cleaning our room even on their hands and knees cleaning bathroom floors. The rooms were great, the facilities fantastic. If staying at the hotel I would recommend booking in with the yutopia spa, the three ladies that dealt with my group of seven looked after us impeccably xxx

After a family wedding we stayed here for 1 night and paid the extra for breakfast. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast is buffet style but both the continental and English breakfast was very nice

The hotel is modern but a bit tatty in places, reasonably priced, leisure facilities are great, pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room. Rooms seem clean. Etc My recommendation is under no circumstances eat in the bistro, awful, just awful. The pretentious of the menu ( and its prices) is in no way lived up to by the service and quality of food. Imagine a really bad wedding catering for 400 and at £6.00 a head. Then charge £100 for four people. Firstly my steak pie, was at best reheated old meat in a tasteless gravy, at worst just plain "off". Another in my party had twice cooked pork, unfortunately it was cooked on 1963 then reheated in 2017. Who in their wildest dreams expects a modern kitchen to get away with charging £14.00 for a meal that included microwaved mash. My vegetables were stone age. No flavour or care taken. We ordered two desserts, two apple pies, old semi cooked pastry with a sad dollop of apple an raisin, we sent two dishes back. And were not the only people to that night. Service was at best amateurish and at worst downright sullen. Ages taken to get drinks orders or food orders. A member of seafood came over to take drinks orders, I said that we hadn't been given a drinks menu, they answered " we have coke diet coke and alcoholoc drinks, all the drinks that's in the bar", after telling the person I was referring to the wine menu she went off to get it. Oh and at the end of the night the two meals we, returned were still on the bill. So that took another ten fifteen minutes, to sort out. After we'd already paid the bill. I repeat do not eat here under circumstances unless you literally cannot help it. Find a little pub somewhere and order egg and chips. Or something. Anything but this place. I can still taste the awful steak pie. And it's making me bilious. We're not professional complainers by any means. But I tend to think life if you're paying over a hundred pounds for a, meal you do expect some level of quality.
