Had lunch here one Saturday a group of us must say nice menu, very tasty soup I had beef for main veg was great but there wasn’t much flavour to the beer and the texture was strange, for desert I had well it was described as cheesecake and the whole table agreed it was he strangest cheesecake any of us had had, not saying it wasn’t nice, but be warned bar prices are an eye opener
We had initial problems in finding the hotel as the postcode given was incorrect. Make sure that you call the hotel to get the correct info. Our room was very spacious with large and well appointed ensuite. Excellent shower. Huge comfortable bed which made for a good night sleep. Our Wowcher deal included dinner on first night, which was excellent. Service was very good and always with a smile. The area of Telford has so much to see and impossible to do in 2 days, so will be going back for a second stay. Really enjoyed our break.
First the good bits.. A friendly comfortable hotel, easily accessible, close to the International Centre and the Telford shopping centre. With friendly helpful staff.. The not so good bits were.. 1/ That the radiators were switched off in our room, so the room was very cold when we arrived . 2/ The breakfast was overcooked, my wife had the smoked haddock and scrambled eggs and they were badly overcooked... I also had the eggs and they were like rubber. 3/ Our room was upstairs in the main house, and the gutters were blocked so we were kept awake by them overflowing as it rained heavily .. 4/ The Hotel had a disco on to midnight and the noise also kept us awake alongside the issue with gutters overflowing, so we clearly did not have a particularly restful nights sleep! It is clear that the Hadley Park focus on such events, as there was also a wedding and they apparently have awards for such things, so perhaps that is there primary focus..
I was best woman at a same sex marriage ... every need was taken care off ... staff were very friendly and helpful ... catering was wonderful . The boys went off on honeymoon very happy . Would definitely recommend.
Myself and husband recently got married at Hadley Park House Hotel. We had experienced exceptional customer service from the start. We were very fortunate to have Kirsty as our Wedding coordinator, she is so organised and enthusiastic and was genuinely excited to help plan our big day. Kirsty always dealt with our queries promptly, and we had regular meetings with her. I stayed the night before my wedding with one of my bridesmaids and had a beautiful meal, the room we stayed in was spacious and located in a quiet part of the hotel. On the morning of my wedding, my bridal suite was ready so my bridal party and I got ready in there. The bridal suite was stunning and beautifully decorated, we were supplied with plenty of beverages and the hotel staff even offered to make my flower girl breakfast and bring it up to my room if she got hungry. The wedding ceremony in the conservatory was gorgeous Kirsty and the team put so much love and effort into making it look incredible I was overwhelmed 😊. They also decorated the conservatory to perfection for our Wedding breakfast Kirsty and the team excelled themselves, and the did the same for our evening reception in the Mulliner Suite. The food was first class and the staff could not be more attentive to my wedding guests, myself and the groom. I would give 10/10 for our overall experience and I would recommend anyone to get married here. We are over the moon that we chose Hadley Park. Thank you to all the amazing staff at Hadley Park we will always be grateful for what you did for us. Lacy & Robert Cutler
We had the absolute pleasure of getting married at this truly wonderful hotel. The staff make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. The whole planning of the wedding was dealt with so well by Kirsty the wedding coordinator. Franka is such a lovely lady and I requested her as our master of ceremonies as we got on so well. They were all welcoming to our guests and created a wonderful atmosphere. Our dog was allowed to be part of our day and that in itself meant so much to us. We also had the pleasure of staying the night before when they had a fawlty towers theme evening. It was hilarious throughout. We had two rooms throughout the stay room 23 and room 1. Both were absolutely stunning. Room 23 is in the more modern part of the building with such a good finish and room 1 is in the main house and has such a nice feeling about it. My husband and I are moving out of the area soon. But we also know we will be returning because as well as helping us plan our wedding they made us feel like family. Thank you for everything you do and look forward to seeing you all again soon.
My husband and I stayed at Hadley Park House Hotel for a wedding, the room was immaculate, big beds, coffee and tea in the room, big TV, lovely big bathroom, plenty of hanging space for clothes, lush furnishings, sofa, chairs, and plenty of lights, loved the huggin bear, lovely views out of the two big windows we had, was lush.. the staff couldn't do enough for you, and the whole day and night was fantastic, because of the staff, they made you feel welcome, comfortable, and nothing was too much trouble, they had laughs with the guests, top class Hotel, I would stay there any time just for the luxury of it.. well done Hadley Park House Hotel x
The staff were exceptionally helpful - both reception, and in the restaurant. A good breakfast included in the remarkably good value £69 price. Would happily come here again. Room was a little cramped, but adequate.
We stayed here for one night while passing through. Our room was in the main house and it was spacious and comfortable. My four year old liked the teddy on the bed. The staff really did their best - they served us dinner quite late in the day and were generally very accommodating. We enjoyed the meals (dinner and breakfast) we had. We managed to leave a laundry bag behind and they kindly called us as soon as they noticed. I would be very happy to return.
Stayed overnight for a friend's wedding. Fantastic hotel, lovely grounds, big spacious and comfortable rooms, huge bathroom, food was excellent and the staff were all fantastic. Would certainly stay again.
