Nowhere in the amenities listing did it mention that the pool was seasonal....the pool, the price and the location are the reasons why we picked this property....it was 93 degrees and the pool was closed
Liked the pool but wished we could have used it a little more after we checked out. Could have eaten something for breakfast that they did not have.

This hotel is pet friendly. It’s an older motel but our room has always been clean. The motel is not perfect but you can’t beat it for price. There are others in this price range that I would never consider staying in!

Rome was very nice 4 average Motel and room is very clean convenient to Interstate bed was comfortable what shower curtain had a little mold on the bottom but that's very minor
We had a great night sleep.. And thts all..ty..the other thing is they don't replenish the breakfast area so u have to get up early to eat.
The hotel manager called the next day and stated the hotel had only one room with a bathroom for those with disabilites and the room was taken. Manager also stated he would not grant a refund. We were shocked when we arrived and discovered our wheelchair wouldn't fit in the bathroom doorway. Equaly shocked with the desk clerk lack of knowledge or concern. We left less than ten minutes after arriving will never be back.
We are old and had to walk up stairs carrying the luggage. Next time I will insist on a ground floor room. The room was clean and the bed was clean and that is really all we needed. Everything worked. The noisy people in the next room, just one rude staff person are all I really have to complain about. For the cost it was sufficient.
Attendant was very angry because we couldn't stay and was going to charge us one night for looking at the room and claimed we were in it an hour. It took more time to get mom out of the car to see it then the less than 15 minutes it took to see it. It was not handicapped friendly. Toilet was so low my mom could not have gotten off of it. No bars to hold on to. Manager had not looked at who booked what and attendant was scrambling to move people around to accomidate us while we went to look at the room. We spent hours trying to locate a hotel/motel that could accomidate us. We found two an hour apart. Had to book one night in one and another for the next night. Thanks for not checking into what the word "handicapped" means. I had to answer all the questions below or this would not go through. Some, obviously, do not pertain to our experience. Some were answered by observing what was apparent at first sight. I can truly say that Comfort Suites are absolutely wonderful people and a great place to stay. The room proved to be a quite haven in the midst of the stress of a funeral service for a dear friend and the added stress of severe weather conditions. The staff was most kind. Should the occasion arise for us to need housing in the area again, we would definitely try to stay at Super 8. We would gladly recommend it to our friends.
