Really loved this hotel for the price I paid! Would visit again and definitely suggest to friends and family!

Stayed here in Nashville, TN over the summer and it was very great. Clean and everything. Stayed here this past week in Shreveport, LA... First room had bed bugs... At about 3:30 in the morning we spotted one crawling across a pillow. Not something you want to see. Immediately packed up our bags and moved to a new room on the first floor. People at the desk were nice and helpful. Didnt see any bugs the rest of the 6 days we were there but you never know. Definitely took caution and carefully handled all of my belongings after leaving the hotel. Wouldn't stay there again just because of the risk of bringing bed bugs home. Breakfast was good but spoiled milk. Housekeeping and staff was very friendly though. Overall okay... Minus the bugs. Had it not been for that, I would stay here again. Perhaps it depends on the location.

We booked this room mainly for location based on costs to be close to family members. After we checked in the key card given to us did not work. While my wife waited I had to go back to the front desk to have the cards coded correctly. The room was clean, average. The shower handle got struck one morning, not good. The outside door from the hallway to the parking lot worked going out. The card reader did not work, a part was on order I was told. Overall I was pleased with the price, we were there just to clean up and sleep. Also, the security bar was not working properly, I had to screw in the screws to make it work right. I feel the price matched the hotel. Great shower. Great price, we might stay here again. The staff were awesome, the staff gets 5 stars. God Bless

Decent but not for the price. Ended up going to Margaritaville..

This hotel has minimal extras but it is clean, well maintained and conveniently located. The price is right also.

It was an overall good experience. As far restaurants are concern the location is great.

I'm picky, this was clean and although the first room was tiny (hence MICROtel) we were moved to a larger room when we complained. When I say small - be aware these hotels have some rooms that are so small you cannot walk by your spouse without one of you backing into the bathroom or backing down beside the bed! They also have some with kitchenettes that are larger. You might want to specify. But either way - the location was great, very clean and our room was quiet and I felt safe and it didn't break the bank!. Also Outback Steakhouse was in the parking lot!

The location of the hotel was very nice. It was a few minutes from the malls and casinos The room was quite clean. I had to call the front desk for an ironing board and iron. I expected it to be in the room already. The room did not have a refig or microwave. The microwave was in the lobby area for all residents. The hotel is good if you just plan to sleep there and change to go on outings. It is not good if you are going there to relax...

The staff was rather irritating. Service was very slow and made you feel that you were interrupting whatever they really wanted to do rather than help you. Poor service ranged from the girl at the desk to the maid service to the woman helping with the breakfast. Overall poor. Would not want to stay there again.

Culminated assisting in the movement of relatives. Small "euro style" room. But the hotel was clean and the desk and houskeeping staff were helpful and attentive. A good choice for single or light packing couple.

Great location and very clean and nice hotel - Great free breakfast in the morning as well

Convenient location, easy to access from I20, close to casinos, and close enough to downtown, major attractions, and dining. Extremely clean. Competent, friendly staff. Good continental breakfast. Added feature of delicious, light, home-cooked supper 3 evenings a week. Train track nearby, but trains didn't disturb my sleep. Great example of a chain at its best.

hit the casinos went to hotel.staff very friendly room was nice. will for sure go back there. good for the price to.

A nice clean room and a great steak right next door at Outback!

First time ever staying at a Microtel hotel. We arrived early and they let us in the room so we could rest before attending a wedding later that day. Hotel was clean, quiet and decent breakfast. Couldn't ask for more for the price.

Great area. Outback Steakhouse right next door. Close to casinos. Farely quite except when the train came by and blew it's horn.

This hotel made my business trip worth the while. Check-in was a breeze and lucky enough to have my room across from the elevator. The room was a little small but it was just right for 1 person. The breakfast was well attended under the watchful eye of the cook. The only drawback of this hotel is there are train tracks down the road and the train goes by occasionally. Overall this was a great experience.

Everything was wonderful my family really enjoyed themselve. The roon was a little small but we made it work. I would like like to thank your staf for all there help.

This hotel was conveniently located near the interstate, local casinos, shopping mall, and several restaurants. The staff was very nice and friendly but the rooms were very small and were lacking several amenities such as a refrigerator, microwave, iron, and ironing board. Overall, if you come for just a good night sleep, this hotel will meet your needs. But if you are staying for a few days, you may want to come prepared for the lack of amenities. The location was good and the area felt safe. This hotel seemed to be priced great since it was located next to a 4 star hotel that charges double the price than this hotel.

Not what I expected from the pictures online. No kitchenette, not enough face towels, no available iron. I was underwhelmed (for an $88 room)!
