Nice location, carpet dirty, tv old no flat screen as on the web. When I showed the web pic of the room to the front desk clerk and asked for that room she said "where is that".? I found that amusing. Killed four roaches had to go to the store and buy Raid!! Breakfast was ok but the lady gets there at 6:00 AM

This has been our preferred backup stay location on nights that we aren't able to get a free room at the casinos... we understand what a Days Inn is supposed to be and don't expect top quality, but our last stay was the WORST we've had in our dozen or so stays there. 1st room: Toenails and hair all over the floor in the bathroom and there was hair on the bed... we called and the front desk promptly gave us a new room... 2nd room: More hair covering the bathroom and bugs in the bathtub... the shower curtain was stained beyond belief... there was hair on the top sheet, the second sheet and stains covering the mattress... the desk was disgusting and had obviously not been cleaned in a while. We understand that this was the weekend after mardi gras celebrations and some understanding can be given for that, but they did have many days after the party was over to at least vacuum or sweep. We've trusted to stay at this place for so many years, it's hard not to give them a second chance as this was our first horrible experience there, but on the other hand, we don't want to risk another disgusting stay like we had.

Terrible experience. I changed rooms due to the horrible smell. The smell got better but the second room was just as dirty as the first.

The hotel was the perfect place for the quick getaway I needed. The price was reasonable and affordable.

I was excited to find a really good price for my weekend conference stay in Shreveport. But I guess I should have expected to get what I paid for. The room was roach infested. I had several occasions to call the front desk, who were quite rude. They answered my question, but then immediately hung up without asking if I had any follow-up, etc. My 2 room keys only worked sporadically. I would have to try each one 3 - 5 times before one finally worked. By my third night I had to walk to the office in the cold rain to get them reprogrammed. Once again the clerk at the desk spoke two words to me: 'What room?' She then reprogrammed them and tossed them back through the service window without so much as a 'Sorry' or 'Have a good evening'. I hope to return to Shreveport again in the future, but I will not be looking at Days Inn.

It was overall an average stay. Rooms were very clean. Only down fall is that there were many night walkers police blocked access to rooms.

After being on the road for 11 hours, we just needed a place to rest. We were very lucky to find this hotel. It was very clean. I would most definitely stay here again. Although we did not get to swim in the pool because we had to leave, it appeared very clean. There was even a staff person outside cleaning it first thing that morning. No loud noises or disturbances.

Not a very friendly desk attendant when I checked in. I asked to be away from the pool sine the last time I stayed it was a bit noisy. The DA was a bit rude. The room was average, not bad for a one night stay, but there were ants in our room. so... yea... not going to be staying at this hotel the next time we come through.

The cleaning could have been better, but i cleaned the walls. It was in a good location and i will stay there agian.

When I'm looking for value, this has been my favorite place to stay in Shreve for a few years now... My girlfriend and friends agree... not much sleep happens in the shreve so, unless I'm on an extended stay where I need a room to really regroup, I will always book this place!

I'm a truck driver and it was nice to see they had truck parking.. Nearby restaurants and. . it was quiet

I am a good and loyal customer I'm always satisfied with days inn especially this one . I love the staff and all .

Front desk staff was excellent. The pool looked wonderful, though I did not get in. The bed was great. Nothing special to look at but was adequate for a 1-night stay. The room carpet could use a thorough shampooing. Located close to restaurants.

It was not what I expected AT ALL! The room looked NOTHING like the pictures which was very upsetting. The bathroom was tiny. There was ONE iron for the entire Days Inn and you had to leave your license to use it! The non smoking room smelt like smoke (terrible!). Not to mention ALL of our towels reeked of some odor even when we got new ones straight from the laundry room.... THIS ABOVE ALL NEEDS SOME SERIOUS ATTENTION!!!!! I want to feel clean after a shower.... NOT AT DAYS INN BOSSIER CITY! I don't think I will be using this site again!

Old and badly maintained. The first room had a large hole in the wall, and when we asked for another room, there was no microwave. Also, in the second room, the toilet was loose, and leaking. We did NOT have a pleasant experience.

Hotel is old and in need of major renovation. Staff friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast good.

We stayed one night to hit the casinos and clubs. Easy location for taxi pick up and drop off. Hotel staff was nice and we had no complaints.

I throughly enjoyed this hotel. The location was pretty good and easy to find. The grounds were really pretty. The staff was really friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and very comfortable. The pool was pretty good, but there was a few bugs in the water. Their was also ants by the playground in the back.

Good location close to casino and priced right. Enjoyed the stay.

I would not come back to this hotel. The walls had cracks, the floor was sunk in some parts. There was one set of towels and when I called for an extra set they told me to come get them. One set of stairs had been roped off because the concrete was broken on the bottom steps. The neighbors were noisy and shady. This is not a place I would bring my family. I would not even walk across the parking lot without my husband to get the towels from the front desk.

I am so sorry you had this experience with us. That is completely unacceptable and I will make sure to speak to housekeeping regarding these issues so we can prevent anything like this from happening in the future. I do hope you will come back and give us another opportunity.
