The hallway was dirty and the heater did not work properly.

Staff was friendly, especially Audrey. rooms are a little dated. Looks like they are renovating a little at a time. One of the two rooms that we had mold in the AC unit. It was cold out, so we did not have to run it. Our other room, could have used some pressure in the shower. Beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was very typical but good. For the price, i enjoyed my stay.

It took over 25 minutes to check in. The clerk asked my last name and I told her. She said “Charles” to which I responded yes. She then clicked around on the computer for a long time and said she couldn’t find my reservation. I told her that obviously she had it because she just called my first name, which I had not given her. so we started with me being lied to, which I hate. Another several minutes and she told a coworker that they were out of rooms (there were literally 4 cars including mine in the parking lot). He found three rooms to add to inventory and sent me to one. It had no bedding. Second room the host checked the room, returned for cleaning supplies and then came back and said it’s ready now. The room was fine. Nothing fancy. I booked a king, this had two smaller beds. No hair dryer. Overall a poor experience because of the long wait and the lie. I’ve stayed here before with positive experiences.

I did not like my stay, the carpet was wet & it stinks like pee & I couldn’t sleep and it smells horrible.

The property!!! I didn’t experience the property, but what do do it experience the room. I was EXTREMELY frustrated. No working Tv, microwave, refrigerator, shower curtain looked as though a construction worker had showered a few how prior to my arrival, the carpet was filthy, there was GLASS, hair and other things on the bottom of my sock. I ended up throwing away food because of the none working refrigerator. I was so embarrassed for staying there. Although, the night desk clerk was very professional and kind throughout the time I stayed. I entire time I was there, no tv. I’d asked for the Manager to call me the day….sad enough, NO CALL. I called, not sure who I was speaking with. I explained the situation, she assured that I could change rooms. The second room was better. After 1 night in the second room the door card was no longer working…oh brother!! Checking out: I walk to the counter, there were about 5-6 standing behind the counter, no greeting, no thank-you, no how was you stay, NOTHING. I guess the disappointment comes from expecting. I was expecting the Manager to be available to speak with me. To the day, I have not gotten any apology, reimbursement for the first night. I would have excepted a Saturday checkout instead of the 11am Friday checkout.

The property was okay. Cleanliness could have been better. The place needs to be upgraded, carpet redone. Elevator needs work and needs to be ckeaned.

When I arrived that night there were people in the parking lot smoking pot. I was a little afraid to get out of my car and go in. Once inside no one was at the service desk. I waited for 10!min and finally found someone who went and got the front desk clerk. I was staying on the 2nd floor and once I got off the elevator the smell of pot was very intense. I was supposed to stay 5 nights but I checked out the next day and found another hotel. If you are a single female or someone with kids, this is not the place for you

Property is slightly dated, but room was clean, and staff was helpful. Good value for the money.

Pool was open until midnight. Neighborhood where it is located was fair.

I couldn't even stay on the property they had no internet service and could not take my payment. The parking lot is very small also

Not enough staff on duty to service customers. One person the whole day. She was doing the best she can.

We liked the high fence around the parking lot. We saw a person behind the desk at check in but no one at check out. The halls had litter on the floor, there were doors open showing rooms normally used for patrons but full of stuff. The room was dirty- there was a cockroach in the bathroom. Would not stay there again - it was a bit overpriced for having no breakfast (not even a grab bag like other hotels have) Our experience surprised us for having Radisson in the name.

The property was in a convenient location for my trip.
