I requested a refund 30 secs after seeing the room. I didn't want to touch anything and didn't want anything to touch me.

Outside stairs were roped off and falling apart. Inside hallway smelled like cigarettes. Once we got in room we called around and found another hotel and left.

1st room wasn't clean and lights didn't work. 2nd room was ok but shower parts falling out of wall. Halls smelt like smoke and guys outside smoking drugs. Would NOT stay here again.

The hotel was filthy. The towels that we were given had blood on them. We went to breakfast one morning and the next morning the butter and eggs that we spilled the previous day was still on the table.

Decent, looked like people were renting permanently.

The hotel was not clean. It had torn curtains. Very few people were there. The waffles tasted spoiled and bitter as if outdated or batter old. The rooms we're small for a suite. I would not recommend this hotel for any reason.

Floors and furniture was filthy. walls was in need of paint. bathroom toilet was not working properly.

The room was a suite. It was filthy from the time we entered the hotel. The smell of smoke overcame you as soon as you opened the door. Carpets in room were stained with black stains, sheets had stains on them, bed covers had large holes and the filling inside the coverlet was hanging out. What appeared as trimmed beard hair was in the sink. The towel bar in the bathroom was missing and screws where it belonged extended from the wall. There was no television in the living area of the suite. There were only 2 towels present for a suite that slept five, and was reserved as 5. The whole hotel was in dis-repair. There was trash in the parking area and people hanging out smoking in vehicles and on stairs. The woman who checked me in was accommodating when checking in and later when I needed to ask for towels but she was not friendly nor did she carry herself with any enthusiasm about her job. The morning woman working was Chastity. She was welcoming, friendly, pleasant and the only positive part off this hotel experience.

Need iron in room. Had to ask for one. Need tv in both rooms

IT WAS GOOD EXCEPT THE PEOPLE FUSSING AND FIGHTING AT 3 AM IN THE HALLWAY.

Did not feel safe. Shower didn't work. Pull out sofa bed was a joke ....hole ...no sheets, ect.

I am so glad that I had the opprtunity to stay the weekend here. It was comfortable and setup just like a home. Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly.

Rooms are old, dirty, and overpriced. This place is a joke. In one of the worst parts of town. Staff was extremely rude and very unhelpful. Room had BLOOD STAINS on the carpet. Shower had almost no water pressure and barely worked. Not to mention hair was everywhere. The rooms were very old and outdated. Desperate need of an update. Tv had no remote. Do not stay here, you will be wasting your money!

Staff was friendly with quick check in and out. Room was dirty with carpet not clean, coffee pod from prior customer still in coffee maker, terrible dust smell when we turned on the heater. The shower plumbing did not work right with a poor repair job on the wall. I would not recommend this to others.

The staff was rude from the get-go and placed us in a room with no phone, a blurry at best television, no toilet paper, no wifi and a green swimming pool. When asked for toilet paper it took 4 hours to give it to us. The stairs were in ill repair and broken. In fact everywhere one looked there was ill repair. The only saving grace was the morning cook and helper that were very kind. The bathtub had actual mold everywhere and the carpet filthy. Had I not already paid for this I would have left. At best a very seedy place with seedy clientel.

Front office staff was very attentive. The room was comfortable and roomy, however it was far from good. The carpet on the flooring was stained. The hotel smelled horrible. The swimming pool was green. The grass was over grown. It looked like the top floor had leaked at some point on the ceiling in our room. It looked nasty and moldy to me. The noise was really bad. The wifi never worked the whole weekend. The only positive was the location. I would have asked for a refund, but my family didn't want to upset anyone so we stayed. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It really needs to be closed until it can be completely remodeled.

The hotel is well kept from the outside. The hotel staff at the frint desk were okay. I love how the room key is an actual chip that that you slide into the door. I felt very safe because of this feature. However, inside of the room, was okay. I was expecting more due to the lavish hotel lobby. The water pressure in the shower was horrible. The microwave was missing its knobs to work. Also, there was Wi-Fi, but no password in the room. There was no phone connection in the room, so we couldn't call the front desk for any thing. There was a hot breakfast in the morning. I was only expecting continental. The lady that was in charge was rude in the way that she was telling guests to use the proper utensils for the food. I understood that she was trying to not cross contaminate, but she could have had a little more tact. Overall, the hotel stay was just okay. If you are looing forward to staying just a weekend, you will be alright.

Broken exterior glass door, poor lighting and garbage all over parking lot, unsavory types wandering around. I considered leaving, even though it was pre-paid. Funky smell in non-smoking room, stains and cracks in kitchenette.

Wasn't a bad place to stay at all for the money! AC worked great! Only down side was there were some roug looking people in that area! Overall decent stay!

We stayed here on our cross country trip. The room was not very clean. There were so many pills on the sheets that they felt very itchy. The air conditioner direct and clanked all night long. The carpet was dirty and coming up off the floor. The pressure in the sink was better than that of the shower, we stayed here on our cross country trip. The room was not very clean. There were so many pills on the sheets that they felt very itchy. The air conditioner direct and clanked all night long. The carpet was dirty and coming up off the which merely dripped. The front desk was rude- I had called for the wifi password. They gave it to me, then promptly hung up without a closing- such as is there anything else I can help you with (I was about to ask for something else!)
