Celebrated our 31st Anniversary and they treated us like royalty! So sweet to surprise us with champagne, flowers and cake! Staff was very kind and attentive and rooms were comfy with nice linens and lots of pillows!

I stayed at the Quality Inn in Pinetop, AZ from May 19-22, 2015, and was delighted at the quality and service provided by the facility. The breakfast was delicious, and TV service was great, and the management even helped me print out my boarding pass when I was preparing to leave. The place was clean and quiet and exceeded my expectations in every way.

The location is great for Snowboarding but the white towels were stained, the carpet wasn't vacuumed and the place just smelled like dust. The continental breakfast significantly lacked quality and the one employee didn't maintain it well.

A small dog costs a lot. Clothes hook on door in tiny bathroom broken and missing. Breakfast awful.

They were really good here and even helped us figure out how to get to the various rentals we were checking out in the area. They also gave us a full refund through for the nights we didn't use as we had found a rental. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a basic room at a good price.

Easy and clean, basic services are provided for my trip this was a fine place to stay.

Staff was available and friendly for our late arrival. We paid $77 with tax for a Saturday stay in ski season (February). Have been here three times because it's clean, relatively nice, and super cheap. Recommended for a Sunrise Ski Trip.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff, Israel, was very helpful and informative. The bed was comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

We visited friends and relatives over the weekend trip. The room at the Woodlands was clean and reasonably comfortable. The facility is a little dated but again, O.K. for a basic short experience. If in Pinetop again, however, we might seek something more like the Holiday Inn Express across the street.

Had a comfortable room and the employees were very helpful. They recommended a nice steak place for dinner and it was perfect. The morning breakfast was just right and very clean.

The staff was very nice, the Breakfast surprising good. The room was average, nothing special but I liked having a microwave, and refrigerator.

Solid place to stay for a Sunrise ski trip. The breakfast area is small but well stocked. Staff was helpful

Great location, very nice rooms. Affordable prices. I will definitely stay again!

I was pleased with it , no problems

Good location, clean rooms, nice enviroment, will stay there again.

Cute hotel... one of three staff members were friendly. Room was typical. Beds ROCK HARD. Rough sleep, woke up sore. They stated they served hot breakfast, but it ended up being wet scrabbled eggs and dried store bought french toast sticks. Went to Hill Top for breakfast instend. Save the extra $20 and stay some where else.

Just your average motel for a night's rest after a long drive. Clean and acceptable.

Rooms were comfortable and very clean. Great location and area. Staff are very helpful and attentive. I love the view from the hotel. Nice neighborhood to jog or walk in the morning. We enjoyed the area, Springerville, the lakes, the scenic routes. Price was reasonable compared to other places I have been at.

BEDS SEEMED OLD NOT COMFORTABLE. BATHROOM NEEDED SANITIZING

Staff was very friendly and was very helpful with information around the area. A bit noisy. Breakfast was a hot style, better then the common Contintental, 1 night stay to get out of the desert heat and traveled with a pet. If you have no pets I think there are better options for the money!
