Our room had ants. Front desk gave us white powder to sprinkle in our room. Worked up to a point. Our stay was 8 days. Room was cleaned once. We kept having to go to the front desk for clean towels and toilet paper. Majority of the staff was accommodating and friendly. Our check in staff member was very rude!

Upon arrival the hotel smelled/looked clean. Check-in quick. Room was VERY CLEAN and larger than most 2 queen rooms. Beds comfortable. Internet fast. Keurig in room for coffee. Refrigerator. Microwave. Quiet. My only disappointment with this hotel (and many others) is that they have not reinitiated the 'hot breakfast'. You got a brown paper bag with a granola bar and frozen breakfast burrito. It would have been nice to have the option to either have a hot breakfast or grab and go........Comfort Inn I hope you may consider this in the future. Despite that I would definitely stay here again as it was in my price range and clean.
The property was ok in terms of location but the hotel was hot. Hallways were not being airconditioned. Overall the place was not in the best condition.

Nightmare hotel. Day 2 we had a bedbug on our pillow! The only employee that seems to work here just muttered “we don’t have that problem here”. Well clearly you do. It didn’t look infested, so had we not seen that one bug we would have never known. I’m very very upset. Especially because he just brushed off the incident! I showed him a photo of the bedbug. He didn’t say anything or even bother checking the room! Guests are the ones who bring these nasty bugs to hotels, but if they don’t even care to address the issue it’ll only get worse and then it WILL turn into a bad infestation! Then other people might bring them home. It took forever to shake out all our clothes and bags before repacking and bringing right to the car. Then immediately wash all our stuff when we got home. What a nightmare!
