The room was clean. Staff was nice until there was a problem. People/patrons in the parking lot drinking and doing drugs. Very noisy. After 5 minutes I asked to cancel my reservation and leave the property. Staff said no refunds.

Front desk clerk was very accommodating

Not enough hot water to fill Jacuzzi. Impossible to take a shower without flooding the bathroom, floor baseboards and bottom of the door shows water damage. Toilet did not flush, no maintenance until 9am!!! No other public toilet offered!!! NO PUBLIC TOILET WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE, GAS STATION WAS CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC!!!

This place is an absolute DUMP! If it wasn’t so late at night with 3 exhausted children we would’ve left for another hotel! The shower curtain is stained, extremely dirty floors that clearly haven’t been cleaned, fire detector hanging from a wire, stains on the walls…there is no cleaning done for this hotel and it clearly shows. It’s right next to a gas station and in a dirty area if show low. When we checked in we were told we had to pay an extra $5 which wasn’t told to us when we booked. I can go on and on about this nasty hotel and my anger spending a dime here… We didn’t even use the shower and wore sandals to tell you how bad it was. Thankfully 6am came fast and we left immediately!

No grab n go breakfast, some curtain issues with front window, had to pay more when we got there cause we had dogs, problem with tv,( maintainance did come after bout 40 minutes and fixed tv), management was very nice though. It just made difficulties in 27 degree weather and snowing.

The staff was great. The room was nice. The bathroom was disgusting. My wife disinfected our bathroom because the bathtub was dirty and the toilet had pee in it. No amenities because of COVID. I wished it was stated on the website. The area was quiet and has a gas station and food places within walking distance. If the bathroom was clean everything else could have been excused because of the pandemic.

Was disappointed that the "free breakfast" advertised wasn't included. I was charged an additional fee upon arrival which hasn't been common for me. It was also a cold shower. Wasn't worth the money paid for the room.

We liked being able to park at our door. Loved the new bathroom mirror! We did NOT like the hair in the shower, the fecal matter still in the toilet, someone else's clothing in the drawers, the brown around the drain in the new bathroom sink, and the filthy floors.

Quaint, friendly service, and great value! Rooms recently remodeled and looked great.

I DID NOT LIKE THE FACT THAT THEY DID NOT HONOR THE PRICE THAT ORBITZ QUOTED TO ME. THEIR PRICE WAS HIGHER.
