The place is very beautiful and clean. The neighborhood is nice. The breakfast is great. People who work there are very friendly, and respond very quickly to requests. There are free shuttles every hour to and from the airport. Very convenient. Once at the airport, the subway can go anywhere, including the next city Foshan. And the subway system is nice and clean and very inexpensive. If you are in a hurry, there is a DiDi car there to serve you. Overall , I highly recommend this place, and will stay here again next time.
Very nice place to stay. It is directly in the oncoming flight path, so it can be a bit noisy. They have a shuttle (coach bus) that can be boarded at terminal 2 in the shuttle area. Look for the name of the hotel on the side. It leaves every hour on the half hour. They speak English well.
The location map is not at all accurate. On the listing it says it is at the airport or adjacent. It is about 15 minutes away driving . Due to the distance and knowing I was to sleep there for several hours but not knowing it was far away and not walking distance, I could not take a nap and just showered. I would like to get a refund of some sort and ask them to pin point the hotel in the map correctly.
We were quite satisfied with this hotel. The room was big; there was even space to cook if you brought your own stove! The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels (hidden behind the bathroom door), shampoo provided though no hand soap, and it was clean. The only thing I thought was a slight drawback was that we had to ride a golf cart from the check-in lobby to our actual place of lodging (which was like an apartment building), and in the morning we had to call on a phone to get the golf cart to come for us. As there was no phone in the room, only a shared one in the hallway, this was a little inconvenient. Make sure you leave the room 15 minutes before the airport shuttle bus you want to get on leaves. Oh, and the shuttle bus times listed on the room key sleeve were incorrect--it left for the airport on the hour, not 20 minutes after.
It is a spacious one bed room apartment, very close to airport. Wi-fi was OK. Has free shuttle to airport which runs every half hour. To stay longer, I wish it has a Microwave & fridge. Since it is on path of plane landings, I wish they have glass on openings to reduce airplane noise.
I was on a business trip to Guangzhou, I found this hotel near the airport and had pick up and drop off service which was very convenient for me to transport from the airpot to any where in the city. They have regular hotel rooms and apartment rooms. I stated in an apartment rooms which was little distance from the main hotel lobby, but they provide service cart between the buildings. The room was very clean and quite. once a while I can hear airplane flying over, but it was not a big deal. My room including breakfast which i love it. The location is also close to restaurants and convenient stores. Hotel staffs was nice and warm, I am sure will come back again.
Hotel offers 24 hour desk and free shuttle from airport. But offers no contact information either by phone or email. At airport absolutely no way to contact them. None of the taxi drivers or airport employees knew where they were. Finally took a bus into town and spent the night at another hotel. So wasted a night charge and lots of wasted hours on a paid reservation.
