Guest access
Guests have full access to the home, including two bedrooms, a full kitchen, bathroom, laundry area, and living room with an electric fireplace. Please note: the backyard is not included and is part of a separate, private unit. Kindly respect this area as private property. Entry to the front home is through a separate keyless entrance, offering you a smooth and private check-in experience.

Other things to note
House Rules:

- Smoking: Our house is a non-smoking house. Smoking either cigarettes or weed is strictly prohibited and will result in an additional fee of $200

- Parking: Please park in your assigned parking space: at the very left side in front of the property.

- Lights: Do not leave lights on unnecessarily (make sure that during the day the outdoor lights are turned off).

- Doors and Windows: Always make sure, before going out, to close the door and windows.

- Air Conditioning: We usually set up the AC before your arrival. However, if you need to adjust the temperature, please do not hesitate to let us know.

- Pets: If you plan to bring your pets, please notify us in advance and include them in your reservation. An additional fee will be applied for the entire stay.

Pets are not permitted on beds. If any pet hair is found on the bedding, an additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged.
Please provide your pets with their own cages or beds for sleeping.
When taking your pets outside, please ensure they relieve themselves in appropriate areas. Kindly clean up after them immediately. Failure to do so will result in an additional cleaning fee of $70. Please dispose of all pet waste in the designated outdoor dumpster.
Dogs must remain on a leash at all times when outside.
Before your departure, we kindly ask that you sweep or vacuum any pet hair and dispose of it in the outdoor dumpster. If pet hair is found on furniture, beds, or blankets, a $200 cleaning fee will apply.
