Well it's abit on budget side. Having said that the location is good. It's tired however , they are doing revision and upgrades. Staff are friendly. For location and value excellent . Sort of hi tec with the entre systems and space age style finishes bedrooms are a good size

The first impression is "oh nice and original", but after a closer look, you notice the hotel & room is completely worn out. The rooms are very big, with huge beds, but there is a huge lack of cleanness. Also breakfast is typical chinese, so only rice or noodles, although the management was Azerbaijani, I think. Only advantage is the central location.

First and foremost if you are an international traveller who is traveling to Shenzhen for business then this could be good value for money. The rooms are clean but are decaying. There is a fine line between fashion and Creepy and unfortunately the rooms are now leaning towards creepy. The hotel is located nest to KK Mall, which is a very up class mall with a Starbucks, Pizza Hut, and Burger king. The hotel in house restaurant was under renovation and no one speaks in English hence you cant order room service if you don’t know mandarin.

A botique hotel in Shenzhen, with really convenient transportation options to other parts of the city and Hong Kong (Direct bus to Disneyland and urban locations). Each room has her own style with music selection from classics to soft rock. Nevertheless, the decorations and in-room facilities are deteriorating, which needs much improvement. The buffet breakfast is really "local style" and would not meet westerners taste.

I spent a week in Shen Zhen with my boyfriend and we stayed in this hotel. We booked a room here because every room here has a unique style. If you are tired of the ordinary look of hotel rooms, I really suggest you to try this one! The clealiness is okay and they also serve food 24hr (so convenient and surprisingly yummy~). The location is great as well. It's next to a subway station and a 7-eleven is just minutes away. You can also order food delivery 24hr from many restaurants around. Besides, the hotel is near a major shopping center. An exciting thing for dog lovers is that there are many dogs on the square in front of the hotel playing together! It feels so warm! The reason why they are not given 5 stars, however, is that the bedding is not soft and that the bathroom door doesn't shut! Also, there's only a semi-transparent glass wall dividing the bathroom from the living area so there isn't much privacy. Yet I still think it's great for a short stay as long as you don't care about the "glass wall thing"!

I don't often do these, but I believe the people out there should know that this place is stinky, dirty and rundown. The service is bad and the rooms are nothing like the pictures you see. We had booked "Dancing Rooms" expecting a larger type room, well you could not swing a cat let alone do the bridal waltz. It was a nothing short of disastrous. The breakfast was nothing to talk about, if you did not like chook feet and left over boiled eggs you went hungry. KFC just down the road. Look, honestly this place is not good for a holiday, we stayed in about 10 hotels on this trip and this one rates the worst, I would give it a big minus. LOOK ELSEWHERE.

www.visionfashionhotel.com A good place to stay in Shenzhen is NOT at the Vision Fashion Hotel (http://www.visionfashionhotel.com ) On the 'foreigner' scale - I'd rate it a 2 out of 10 for cleanliness. Only the sheets were clean. Service checking in was stupidly bad. While in the middle of checking me in, the front desk agent got more interested in my passport and stamps than anything else. She literally forgot what she was doing. Then, she got distracted by her manager and I had to snap at them (thankfully I speak Mandarin fluently) that I still hadn't been checked in. The room had a stink, the sink and shower had lots of mold, and there was a cracked mirror patched with tape used as the shower stall wall. The TV didn't get any channel clearly. RMB 380 for 1 for 1 night. Miss it.

I only paid 380 CNY/night for this place, so I guess I shouldn't have expected too much, but I the website makes it look very chic, and it's just not - it's quite run-down (there are stains everywhere) and it just feels cheap. The most disturbing part, though, is that a staff member just came into my room one morning (he did knock, but didn't give me any time to answer)! On the plus side, the hotel is right next to the metro station, and the included breakfast did not give me food poisoning.

This is a very weird hotel indeed. First, looking for it is not easy. It is literally part of the theatre! The elevators actually are those use in the theatre. The rooms are next the stage and backstage, so you're "encouraged" to keep your volume down in case the actors and performers can hear you... I got a room which has no window at all. If there's a fire, I'd be done for. The numbers of the rooms are also not visible. They are at the bottom hidden in weird font, and almost same white colour as the rest of the wall. And maybe it's all white, the stains and age of the hotel show even more clearly. The previous reviewer was right: the stains are really everywhere and unacceptably widespread in hotel claiming to be a chic boutique hotel. Then perhaps it really is not a boutique hotel after all. The (free) internet stopped working after the 1st day and no reason was given, and I did not bother to ask. The breakfast was a small buffet spread one day but was reduced to simple fried noodles of egg, ham and bread the next day (how come? God knows...) Then again, having paid a meagre RMB380 per night, I should not complain much, no? So I shall stop here. Suffice to say that yes, I paid very little compared to what's I usually pay for a proper, business hotel in major Chinese cities, I still felt kind of cheated. Conned by the pictures in the hotel's avant-garde website, the hype in some Chinese-language lifestyle website and the promise of a boutique hotel. Would you want to stay here? Well, one saving grace: it's within a 2-min walk to the metro station, which'll zip you to most parts of central Shenzhen in minutes. For me, I won't stay here again.

It looked like a true fine, a hidden gem. Brand new hotel, fabulous design, each room in different look. But what a disappointment. The design was like I expected but it was worned down like it hadn‘t been renovated in a decade. Dirty carpets, stains of paint and all kind of other stuff that I probably don’t want to know what it was. And the constant smell of smoke and hangovers. This is by far the worse design hotel I have ever stayed at. Too bad since it had the real potential. Next time I’ll probably play safe and stay at Intercontinental…
