Dresser with drawers broken, sink wouldn't hardly drain, dead bolt wouldn't work, old mattress, stained carpet... Same person ran desk and mini-breakfast with clean-up. Noisy location.

The room was very dirty. Dust hanging from the ceiling, missing outlet covers. Bathroom floor was dirty & had hair all over it. Slept on top of the covers after seeing bugs on the ceiling. Do not stay at this hotel.
Our first impression as we drove up was..........this is NOT a safe place to be! There were groups of young people in the parking lot, hanging and fooling around, some were sparring with boxing gloves, making a lot of noise. This was disconcerting for us. The building looked tired. We were just going to cut our losses and pay for another hotel, but in the end decided to give it a go. The hotel clerk was friendly and helpful and told us the best place to park our car (in full view of the security camera). Our room smelled of stale sweat and some other odour. Yuck. The bed linen was very clean and so were the towels, but the carpet was stained and the room looked small, tired and worn. I would never ever go back, as I did not feel safe, it was noise in the halls, the room was not desireable and it was smelly
The hotel was in a nice quiet area and it is just about a 12 minute drive to downtown

Located only about 1,000 feet off I-465, exit 4, it is simple to get to. It is a quiet location, resturants and fuel close-by. Staff is very friendly (especially the nice lady that took care of the breakfast area). The room was clean and spacious. I couldn't ask for more.
It is 10 min to stadium, comfortable, clean. It is good.
[...] Our room was on the second floor...surprise...no elevator! The room was fairly clean but the tv advertised Direct TV which was not available. The walls were very thin. Thin enough to hear basic conversation from rooms next door. To top things off, the staff was almost invisible. At breakfast there wasn't any staff members to replenish food or utensils. When asked, staff members directed guests to the refrigerator to find what they wanted. The location shouldn't say downtown...it's NOT downtown. For the price, you can find somewhere a lot better!
The hotel rooms where very clean. I spent alot of my time away from the hotel, only slept there. The free breakfast was not very good, but the hotel is located near some good morning eating spots. There are no extra's as far as pool, spa, or gym. I would recomend this hotel as a great place to stay and sleep, but not to vacation at. Price is very fair for what it is.

My family and I were driving cross country and this was our first stop. The location of the hotel was smack in the middle of a truck stop with adult entertainment a stones throw away. Our first room was absolutley filthy. The entire room reeked of cigarette smoke. Our next room had broken windows that we had to stuff towels in to keep out the cold air. The walls had unfinished painting and plastering. And the final straw was the sheets that smelt of perfume. No a very good experience. Perfect to rent by the hour!
