We were given room 430, a 'disabled' room (with a roll-in shower) although we neither requested nor needed one. Hence the following comments pertain to the accomodation provided. The bathroom presents challenges to the disabled as follows: 1. The sink was too small for normal use, 2. The there was no toilet paper dispenser set up, the roll was sitting on a spare roll over the toilet tank, but could sit on the sink, 3. There was inadequate space around the sink for toothbrushes, etc., 4. The safe in the closet was on the floor, 5. The tea kettle was in an alcove that a wheelchair-bound probably couldn't reach [and the kettle couldn't be filled in the sink except by using a cup or glass to fill it]. All in all, the room needs a lot of improvement to serve a disabled guest.
The hotel is well placed, but the beds need to be updated, as the mattresses feel like they are from the 1970s. Also, the rooms do not have individual climate control, so you are beholden to what the rest of the hotel is set to.
