Have stayed at this hotel before but this time would rate adms OK. Dir to covid no breakfast ...water could have been hoter. This factors esp no breakfast should have been a lesser charge. Overall satisfied.
I was very surprised about how nice and large my room was for the price I paid. The bed was comfortable, and I loved how the room was set up. The continental breakfast was excellent, and had a lot of choices. Inliked that there was a dedicated staff person who was constantly putting out fresh food.
The room was large and clean. It was a little strange have the bathroom sinks right next to the door. My stay was just one night and did not allow for a larger experience.
Excellent hotel. Great service. Breakfast was perfect with waffles and bacon! Can't wait to stay here again!

We had a great time in Wisconsin. This Hotel was in a very nice city in Plymouth, Wisconsin. People were very friend and helpful. Hotel breakfast was always ready on time in the morning. The staff was outstanding. They were very helpful in the early when my roommate became ill and we needed to find a hospital asap. I plan on returning to this area again and will use this Hotel.
A two-night stay at this hotel was a pleasant experience. As noted in the title, the entire place was very clean and comfortable. It was quiet for a good night's sleep, and all the staffers were pleasant, helpful, efficient and friendly. We had the pool and hot tub all to ourselves so that was a treat. The included breakfast was okay too. I would definitely stay here again if I visit the area.
Check in was easy and the girl behind the desk was friendly and helpful. She recommended a restaurant (52 Stradford) that we enjoyed and that was priced middle of the road. The room was clean and there were four big towels for after a shower. The check out was 12:00, which meant I could come back after the race and clean up. We will use this hotel again for future stays in this area.
My Wife and I noticed it was very clean and comfortable. Normally we don't sleep well at hotels but we both slept well all 3 nights without feeling frustrated! The bed's firmness is close to what we have at home so it made it easier for us to adjust. The pool & whirlpool was great! Very clean! The business computer center was awesome to use and very convenient. The TV channels were plentiful compared to other places we have stayed. That was a nice plus. We didn't use the exercise equipment since we were basically gone most of our stay with family. The hotel staff was fine 4 out of 5 stars. I give it a 4 since it's not an upper tier hotel but they were very responsive. The Baymont Inn & suites - Plymouth hotel is one that my Wife and I will return to when the opportunity presents itself.
I had a pleasant stay. I appreciated that the pool was open til midnight. It gives adults a chance to use the pool after the rug rat's bedtime. Too bad I was too tired to stay up past a rug rat's bedtime to take advantage of an adult only pool.

We have stayed at many different hotels over the years while trying to keep costs reasonable traveling on vacations. While I certainly realize there are "ritzier" hotels that would command 5 stars (and cost) , for our money we could NOT have been more pleased. 100% spotlessly clean from our room (incl. bathroom) to hallways to lobby to eating / gathering room EVERYWHERE it was virtually immaculate. The place looked like it had just been built - and with quality materials. The room was quiet as a vault and in the morning the cleaning crew were quiet as mice out in the halls. (Didn't know they were out there till we opened the door) The beds were of top notch quality and comfort, and pillows plump (3 per queen size bed). The staff at all hours were professional, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was wonderful - better than we had expected at this price. I truly have never had a better total experience and I would suggest if other start-up hotel owners want to see how it ought to be done they should stay a few nights and see for themselves. For the money: 5 stars - for sure!!
