This is an older property with friendly, helpful staff. There is ongoing road construction presently but easy to navigate and plenty of parking.
The shower was broken the sink was broken the room wasn’t clean it smells.
This is low budget hotel, so there is nothing spectacular to expect. The price is right, though: our room was clean, the bed comfortable, but there was a smell in the room. We did not know if it was from previous guests smoking in it (even though it was a non-smoking room) or the from heater. Breakfast was minimal (no bread offered, eggs etc.) offered, just muffins, fruits and yogurts and waffles. The lady in charge of the restaurant was super nice, though, and made our waffles, she also kept the room and tables very clean. I am really disappointed that she did not get a tip from everyone! Distance from Stroudsburg Center is just 5 mns by car, so really easy. From 1 to 10, I would grade this hotel a 8.

Room had a stale odor. Coffee maker was rather odd to use - keep spewing out water and steam while heating up. No USB ports or TV channel guide. However the bed was very comfortable.

Aging property. Various things not well maintained (caulk needed in bathroom, drawer handle coming off, etc.) OK basic hotel. Breakfast was very minimal; ultimately I had only coffee (also because I am low-carbing).

HORRIBLE! Do not stay here !! Terrible service and disgusting bathrooms! I would never stay here again! Staff is extremely rude!!
Convenient location close to the highway. Good options (even great options) to eat nearby. Simple, clean, reasonable pricing place to stay.
Smells so bad they make you sign a no smoke form and room has a bad smoking smell
overall very disappointing. first impression: my neighboring room held 2 elderly ladies who had no sheets or towels and were told by the front desk staff IF you can find housekeeping, ask them for items. also their toilet was clogged so they were informed they could get a plunger from housekeeping “plunge it yourself.” i was booked as part of a group who were spread randomly around the hotel. room 106 was “renovated” with the carpet removed and replaced with tile which hadn’t happened in the other rooms i visited. the bathroom seemed untouched with the tub cracked and the faucet required patience to work. all of the renovation construction supplies strung about the main hallway. the frig was completely missing. no housekeeping at all, had to chase down a man who had clean (stained) towels on his cart. later saw a 3 foot pile of dirty towels at the opposite end of the hallway from housekeeping which stayed there for the rest of my 2 day visit. my friends were all jealous of my updated room. theirs had clogged sinks, malfunctioning heaters, and stained carpets. the overall smell throughout is nauseating. my nonsmoking room smelled no different than the smoking rooms or the marijuana filled hallways. constant noise inside and out - apparently there is zero soundproofing. (we actually went to the second floor to see if the fitness center was above our room due to so much noise)
Need breakfast and upgrade rooms. Repair bathroom and curtains.
