Amazing hotel. I stay in a lot of hotel around egypt but this is my favorite one. It’s very clean, beautiful. Amazing pool, beach, food and drinks. Every staff is amazing, always concerned about the guests. They always try to do their best for everyone. The animation team is very nice too. it’s an amazing person, funny, always smile and trying to make everyone happy.. lesta is a very nice girl too! The hotel take the tourist to clubs every night.. it’s a great hotel!

We were for the first time in Sharm El Shaik, at the hotel Maritim Jolie Ville from d 4 to d 11 nov, we came back with a big disappointment I have been many times in Egypt both at the Red Sea and Hurgarda We stayed in a super room that was both big and clean, but we had just placed ourselves up to the gate where you arrived at the hotel and when there was a conference there was a lot of noise from police and security people around the clock so that was not very calm at any time of the day. I got sick on my stay and my boyfriend went to the resept for some help and was met by a very unpleasant repsionist who did not take it seriously, but it must be said that it is the only time we have met one of these kinds of this hotel, everyone else was sweet and friendly. The beach is nothing to write about home, it's very bad, consists only of rocks, as it was the first time my girlfriend was in Egypt we would have taken some photos that the photographer in the hotel I have taken pictures before while i have been to Egypt but i have never met such an unprofessional photographer, we agree the price before we get started it turned out that we had to choose the pictures we would like the price not to be as promised, So we had to pay extra for the pictures we agreed with him that we would get 2 extra edited pictures and we would get all the regativs that we initially did not want, but when his PC had suddenly broken, he would send them to us facebook, we have still not received any pictures, and all the negative we should have had on the disk was not on the disk, so warned against using the photographer in the hotel as he is not worth the money. The day before we were traveling, we ordered room service, just 2 times pomfritter, the bill was 120 LE when we had to pay in the reception at night before we had to pick up the bus to get to the airport and would pay with Euro, I paid with 20 euros and I got 5 euros and 10 dollars returned because unfortunately he did not have more euros, this is a 5 star hotel, so should not have been a problem, so feel very well treated. Sincerely, John Andreasen

Stayed in this hotel and had a great stay. The staff were very polite and the rooms were huge and clean! Definitely would recommend to anyone thinking of travelling here. Naama bay and soho square are a must visit whilst there.

We arrived to the hotel at 2:30 AM and there were many guests who wanted to check in and to our surprise there was only one person to handle the big number of guests to check in. After a big hassle finally we could check in and another surprise with Stone Age rooms. Let alone that it was totally dark outside and light were off. The whole group just took a quick sleep checked out few hours later and changed to another hotel. Strongly advise all of you not to even think about coming close to this hotel. Sharm Al Shiekh is very beautiful place and it is a shame to have such lousy place with so called 5 stars rank. This hotel should be max 2 stars hotel. Regards,

I stayed here for 3 days and nights for a cement conference and exhibition. Very extended area with long distances to walk for reception, breakfast and congress center. My room 5724 was very big, too big for me. The bed was a bit hard. Noisy air condition. Night curtains were not properly haged. No mini bar. Laundry service very fast and correct. Italian restaurant Al Forno less good. Lamb chops were so so and the red wine very very bad. Never tasted such bad red wine before. Very far to the beach. OK there is a beach shuttle bus. But I would never stay here for vacation. I would choose a resort where you can walk to the beach in 5-10 minutes. For conference OK.

I have just spent a week in this resort with the family. The first thing to say is that the staff are just perfect. They are totally dedicated and nothing is too much trouble. The accomodation is very nice and spacious and the sleep quality is good (good aircon). The poolside and recreational area is lovely and there is a half hourly bus trip taking 5 minutes to the very well laid out private beach area. The snorkelling is magnificent. The only downside (and it's more of a complaint from my teenage son than from me) is that there is no wifi except in reception. We were out of season so some of the bars and restaurants were not open either. Because of the current exchange rate with the Egyptian Pound, it was phenomenal value for money. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.

Very large rooms very clean, the staff are very helpful. The food is 5star. We will be back in a few months. I cant recommend this hotel anuff. There is a lotd of stuff to do om site or the trips outside are great and well organised.

I'm staying here 4 nights with my wife and my 2 years old daughter. We were upgraded to an executive room which is very great. It's one of the best hotels I've ever seen. Great staff, comfy big clean rooms, delicious food and great amenities. Pros: -Rooms are oversized, high quality furniture and very clean. -Rooms has an iron, an iron table, a laptop friendly safe, a kettle, a mini bar and an LCD. -Almost all rooms are very quiet as the hotel has a great space, so you will be far enough from any noise. -Beds are extra wide and comfy, king beds are 200+cm wide. -Extra beds are free upon request, 100+cm wide. -Bathroom has both bath-tub and shower. -Housekeeping is very responsive. -Pool is big. -Staff in general are always smiling, very friendly and helpful. -Food is delicious and has high quality, also every day different food so you never get bored. -Very tasty dessert and fresh fruits. -The hotel has a great space and the percentage of the green area is very huge. Cons: -Limited variety of food and snacks per meal. -The internal doors between the rooms in the same bungalow are not well sealed so you may hear some noise from the neighbors. -You have to take a bus from the hotel to reach the beach, however It's free, takes about 6 minutes and come every one hour. I would like to thank all the staff for this amazing stay. I'm enjoying the time here.

I really recommend this Hotel. Best Scenery, everything was in order and on time. Service was extremely great, helpful staff. Large rooms, great restaurant, pool & GYM.. Food is extremely good, tasty. Regarding the animation team:, ShiCo, Lidia, Asmaa & Sou They are the best by far of all animators i've ever met. Energetic,Active, Hyper, sportive & creative. We enjoyed every activity they do starting from Stretching, darts board game, aqua gym, water polo day time & tanora show and belly dancing at night. They made a very mood boost to us. Keep the great work guys. :)

Usually I like to list good and bad points, but this place didn't have many good points. I suppose the location was convenient for us, as we were attending a conference in the adjacent facility. Other than that, even getting to the sea requires a bus journey as there is no access directly from the hotel. Shame because the red sea is so nice! Staff at reception were always helpful and spoke good English. However, very few staff elsewhere did, including by the pool, in the bar and restaurant. The bar was interesting - each time we would order a beer there ensued a discussion among the bar staff, following which one would disappear for 10 minutes to find this elusive item. When they returned they would (and this happened several times!) put the bottles on the bar and then look at each other wondering how to access the contents of the bottle. Again there would be a discussion, an exchange of keys, then one of them would go to find the bottle opener, which is presumably secreted in a secure place. Rooms were spacious but beginning to look tired, especially the huge bathrooms. There seems to be a design flaw with the baths, because using the shower leads to all splashes being channeled via a strange 'lip' around the bath onto the floor and flooding the place. My bath was also cracked. Rooms lacked any WiFi, which is only available at reception. But my biggest gripe with the rooms is that they are spread out all over the 'campus', with some being half a mile (10 minutes) walk away. Not so bad sometimes, but in July/August with temperatures reaching well over 40C (105F) in the shade, the walk can be draining. Imagine how pleased I was when they failed to programme my key correctly (as well as other colleagues) so that I had to make that journey three times to get into my room! There is supposed to be availability of golf buggies you can call, but good luck finding one when you need it! Room service was inconsistent, providing a new bottle of water every day but randomly choosing which towels to provide. My half box of tissues lay empty for three days before it was filled, even after I had placed it on prominent display. The pool is quite nice, but you are ejected as sunset, even though it is still light. Warning about restaurant etiquette - there isn't any. Queues are disregarded by the majority of customers (who appear to be from the region) as it is he (or she) with the sharpest elbows that gets the food. The way the locals seem to do it is to pile up huge amounts of food on plates to be shared among a group, producing what amounts to a personal buffet. Presumably for this reason staff tend to hand you one piece at a time and you have to go back for more.
