Booked a king size suite. Was given two queens. Told because I booked thru a third party (Orbitz), king size suite not available.
The bathroom was so nice and everything very clean

My wife and I were in Seville for a wedding . The whole wedding was booked 2 nights (30+ rooms). We stayed in a king jaccuzi room. The jacccuzi was dirty and deeply gouged. Dust on the door jambs, mirror frames, picture frames and all horizontal surfaces above eye level. The breakfast was fair at best, a meat like bacon or sausage would have made it good. The sausage gravey had 1 piece of sausage in 3 ladles of gravey. The heated pool was great the day we checked in,heater was broken day 2 until it suddenly started working when the frontend girl had party for her kid. Owner said wedding party could use pool all night as compromise for not heating the pool before the kids party, but night girl refused to open pool because she did not want to clean it, and did not want to have to do her job.
A SHOE CAME APART BEFORE AN AFFAIR AND THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT WENT WAY OUT OF THEIR WAY TO GET US SOME SUPER GLUE. VERY NICE PEOPLE.
Would stay there again..close to our destination. Easy to get to.
