The property is old and run down. The rooms were very dirty. It was either ice cold or very hot in the room, there were no thermostats and the wall unit was old and noisy. My Wife had to use Lysol wipes on everything just to sit anywhere. The "continental Breakfast" was aplastic bag of mini muffins from Sam's Club and your choice of apple juice or orange juice. DO NOT BELIEVE THE PICS>>>VERY MISLEADING. We would never go back!
I like the fact that there is a large creek/river behind the hotel. The balcony allowed for animal watching which was interesting. There were several raccoons that were searching for food near the back of the first floor rooms. I enjoyed watching them interact for the brief time they were there. Overall nice place.
the room was totally outdated and smelled very stale. I will not stay here ever again. The continental breakfast was a joke.. coffee and a tiny bag of muffins...Beds were horrible. Requested an extra pillow and was told that those things go quick! That was really helpful :(
Left an item in June 2022, returned for another stay in Aug. Honest housekeeper returned my item!! Very friendly staff and I enjoy the privacy!
The rooms were clean, the mattresses were new and very comfortable, the bathrooms could use some updating.

Nice being able to sit out back in a quieter atmosphere and feed all the animals- Ducks, Squirrels, Groundhogs and Raccoons. Clean Rooms and friendly housekeeping services. Convenient location to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg as well.

Room smelled tremendously like cigarettes and marijuana. Heat would not turn off. Stains on carpet. Walls needed to be painted. People smoking on balconies outside of rooms. We did not stay.
