If i could give this place a 0 star rating, i would. The bigger of the two houses has BLACK MOLD in the basement behind the 4 bunk beds. The mold is all throughout the HVAC system. The host had to put us up in a different house for 1 night and then we were on our own to figure out the rest of our week stay in gatlinburg. The smaller house was also disgusting. It was crudely built as a fixer-upper. The lights in the bathroom didn’t work, the shower curtain had soap scum on it, the toilet paper holder was broken, the floor was full of dirt and dead bugs. This house was NOT cleaned before we arrived. VRBO was LESS THAN HELPFUL in refunding our money. We still haven’t gotten a full refund. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! We will never rent again thru VRBO again. There was 0 communication from any customer service reps to help us in anyway. We were stuck without somewhere to go with 11 adults and two babies under 4 years old. there were 2 pans and 3 lids.. hardly any silverware and an incomplete set of knives. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!!!

Nice clean property, plenty of local amenities. We've been renting cabins in the Pigeon Forge area for almost 10 years. This is the first property that had a kitchen that was fully stocked with anything you would need to prepare and serve meals for the entire family. Plenty of pots, pans, cookie sheets, an outdoor propane grill, silverware, plates and bowls, etc... ALL appliances worked great too!

The property was great, good location, quiet. There were a few things that needed addressed from a cleaning standpoint upon arrival and the cleaners could've definitely done a better job overall. The smaller cabin's bathroom was pretty gross. The bed in the main house in the upstairs bedroom needs a new mattress badly. The front porch was lovely but no chairs to sit on out there.

This property had plenty of room for our group of 12, although the pictures made it look much bigger than it actually is. There were plenty of activities to do here, but the furniture is needing to be replaced. With a little bit of upkeep, this could be a 5-star stay. Don't hesitate to book this.

This property was great for our needs. We were gathering for a family memorial in the National Park & preferred not being in the touristy heart of Gatlinburg. We liked the quiet atmosphere of the neighborhood where this was located. The main house had a well-equipped full kitchen with a large marble-topped island for meal prep and serving. The dining table must’ve had 10 or 12 seats. There was a half-bath with a washer and dryer off of the living room, & a full bath with the master bedroom on that floor. Downstairs there was a 4-bunk bedroom for kids with a bedroom & bath for adults on the other side of the game room, where there was a pool table, foosball, a shuffleboard game, & a hot tub on the porch. There were two bathrooms on that lower level. In the smaller house, there was a smaller living room & full kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, & 2 bedrooms with baths. One of the nights, we had a family cookout with the other relatives who were staying at another property, and we used the convenient outdoor covered pavilion that had a gas grill, picnic tables, and an outdoor fireplace. There was a basketball goal in the driveway, and a ping-pong table under this pavilion roof. The property manager was very responsive when we had questions. Our grandkids enjoyed playing all the games and catching fireflies, & if we’d had more time, there was a swimming pool a short walk down the hill that we could’ve used. Recommend!
