I go on trip advisor all the time to find places and read the reviews but I have never posted a review up until now. I have never felt compelled to before. My college age daughters were traveling with us and they prefer having their own room so this was perfect as we went with the oceanfront two bedroom suite. When I tell you this is the nicest property I have stayed at would be an understatement. The room was amazing and the staff was even better. It is a boutique hotel which lends itself to that personal touch and they nailed it. The attention to detail at the resort is spot on. Not one complaint at all. Hope to go back again soon!!

This newly renovated boutique hotel was the perfect place for our baby moon. The grounds were beautiful and tastefully done. As you walk from the lobby to the beach, the breezeway had billowing white curtains and vines crawling along the columns. It was always a beautiful sight walking down to the water. The suite was comfortable, large, and convenient with nice amenities (pour over coffee, (big) mini fridge, robes). Each flat screen TV in the room was hooked up to Apple TV (it was playoff season back home so it was nice to have). Service and staff were EXCELLENT. They welcomed us by name every time we walked into the lobby. Every suite has an ocean view but we opted to pay a little more for the “preferred” ocean view which just meant that we could look straight out directly to the beach from our balcony (vs having to look off to the side from the balcony). The hotel is conveniently located about 15 mins walk from the Camana Bay shopping and restaurant area and other hotels (i.e., the Westin, Marriot, and Ritz Carlton). There’s also a liquor store across the street which helped keep our cost down. Compared to the other hotels I named, we never had to fight for a beach chair, our beach/hotel was not packed, and the ocean view suite was half the price! The restaurant downstairs (Tillie’s) provided delicious food. It seemed to be one of the only few beach restaurants where you could also dine on the sand. Some cons (but not a big deal): You can’t really see the beach from the pool. But why spend time at the pool when there’s a beautiful turquoise beach steps away? I wish there was a microwave in the room. **update: soon after I published this review, they delivered a microwave to our room without me asking. I didn’t realize this was an option. What excellent service! I guess all I had to do was ask. Hahaha** As of early May 2019, there is still some construction going on next to the beach. We were notified the week before our stay that construction was still going on. While we were there, most days the noise was minimal but on one particular day it was hard to ignore the sawing and hammering. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here. I’m not sure if things will change as people become more aware of this little gem but we would definitely come back nonetheless.

My husband and I stayed at the Beach Suites in the Grand Cayman end of March through beginning of February. We had a wonderful experience in this newly renovated hotel. The hotel was beautifully done in a great location. The staff was wonderful they went above and beyond for us. Always so warm and welcoming and always willing to help or answer any questions. I wish I could remember all of their names but I can only remember Carla who worked at the front desk. She was great helping with restaurant suggestions and setting up our trip to Sting Ray city. Everyone from the door men and the front to the room service staff to bartenders everyone was wonderful and friendly. This hotel is very Modern and chic. Everything is very clean and pristine. The bathrooms and living area were very spacious. The beach was beautiful with the white sand between your toes and amazing blue water. Seven mile beach is definitely the place to stay when staying in the Grand Cayman. So many restaurants to choose from and all walking distance from the hotel. Never needed a taxi. We liked it here so much we extended our stay. We definitely can’t wait to return soon!!!

Because the hotel deserves it...Beach is nice. Service is great. Restaurant is yummy, Tillies! But, the gym is amazing and they do workouts across the street in an outdoor gym (HIIT in timed intervals) with all the equipment led by a trainer named Kenneth.... Ask the front desk. This hotel is great and making a mark in SMB as the best boutique hotel.

We just returned from an amazing week at Hotel Beach Suites. We honestly had our best vacation in years. Everything was just perfect and was better than we could have ever hoped for. We booked a balcony suite which turned out to be surprisingly spacious with an actual separate bedroom and seating area. Everything was thoughtfully renovated and decorated with beautiful neutral accents. And on top of that, housekeeping was doing a fantastic job keeping everything tide and clean at any time of the day. The two pools were a true bliss to hang around with the temperature of the water being just perfect and both pools being surrounded by plenty of lounge chairs waiting for you with fresh towels. The beach is unbelievably beautiful with fine white sand and calm, turquoise water, and enough space and lounge chairs for everybody. We spent hours at the beach and never got bored. The sunsets are amongst the most colorful ones I have ever seen and the happy hour at the bar around the same time made it even more perfect. Watching the sun going down whilst holding a freshly made cocktail and some live music playing in the background on one of the most beautiful islands in the world... does it get any better than that? We walked on the beach almost every day along the waterline and when passing by all the different hotels and condos, we were absolutely sure that we picked the best hotel there is. No big and loud crowds but instead soft music playing in the background and room and space for everyone. No hassle to find a free lounger or a good table at the restaurant. Cute baskets with fresh folded towels for you in every little corner around the pool. Hammocks to lounge, cosy seats and sofa corners to read a book or to enjoy a drink.... It was heavenly... We haven’t had one stressful moment during our entire stay. Everything was so relaxed, the hotel is so beautifully renovated, everything feels so clean and luxurious. But the best part by far is the super friendly and accommodating staff everywhere you come (reception, restaurant, beach area,...) with a special shoutout to Antonio at the reception desk. He has been so friendly and amazingly helpful throughout our entire stay, I can’t emphasize enough how much we appreciated all of this. And on top of that, he turned out to be a very talented photographer. We had our family pictures taken by him on the beach right in front of the hotel, around sunset when the light is perfectly warm and soft, and it is truly the best souvenir one could ever take home. I highly recommend him as a photographer. We are a family of three (almost four) with a two year old boy, which makes it extra difficult to have those dreamy, spontaneous pictures you are hoping for. But honestly, they were even better than I could have every imagined. I don’t even think our son has ever known that we were actually doing a photo shoot. The atmosphere was so relaxed. We all had a great time and Antonio worked his magic. The pictures turned out to be beyond perfect. He captured our family in a way no one could ever have done better. A big thank you again to Antonio and make sure you ask for him at the reception desk if you want to hold those precious moments a little longer, just like us. I promise you, you won’t regret!

We just returned from 7 nights at Beach Suites. It was a super cool, chic property with a perfect gem of a beach area. We traveled with our 10-month old twins and this was the perfect choice. The level of care and warmth we felt from literally every staff-member made out trip an incredible experience. We would have been thrilled alone by the beauty of the hotel, the rooms and the main restaurant - all of which were excellent - but it was the personal level of care from the staff toward us and our children that really made it special. Given that it's a boutique hotel, with a limited number of guest rooms and extracurricular activities (this is a place for strictly for sleep, eat, drink, pool/beach, repeat) it's a breath of fresh air from the mega hotels near it. We felt like royalty here and hope to come back soon!

I am currently staying at the Beach Suites Hotel and tonight is my last night. I originally had the Kimpton booked for this trip and found The Beach Suites during a last minute search for things to do in the area. I am so glad I decided to switch. I’ve had such a great experience here for the past few days, the hotel, rooms, and staff are absolutely amazing. The rooms themselves are fantastic very spacious, clean, and modern. The beach and pool are also great, for the past 4 days we have come to the pool at all different times and have never had an issue finding seating. My only recommendation would be for the restaurant and that would be to get a blender if possible! We missed out on getting all of our favorite frozen vacation drinks while on the property as there I was told there is no blender for frozen drinks :(. Other than that thumbs up and I am looking forward to staying here again in the future.

If your looking for a boutique, quite, relaxing location to enjoy one of this earths greatest beaches then Beach Suites is it. From it’s fantastic updated rooms to their excellent service you won’t be disappointed with this location. We felt safe everywhere while visiting this beautiful place. Excellent food everywhere as well. Just a little pricy to eat, but everywhere we ate was great, but pricy. Recommend Lauren’s Cafe for breakfast and is walking distance from Beach Suites. Also, Lobster Pot and the Wharf for dinner is a must. Will be back for sure and stay here!

Our stay at Beach Suites was nothing short of incredible. The grounds are gorgeous and rooms are the definition of modern luxury. The mini fridge was stocked with the best of the best (especially loved the Taste Nirvana coconut water) and we appreciated the Aesop products in the bathroom. The food at Tillie's restaurant was top notch and we really enjoyed the healthy options, though it was definitely the shoestring fries and yucca fries we kept coming back for. Hotel service was wonderful. Albert was very helpful in showing us all the suite highlights and giving us tips on all the tourist hotspots and trendiest restaurants. We wouldn't have discovered Fresh Kitchen and Coffee without his recommendations and so glad we went to The Wharf for dinner and the carp feeding show. The staff were all so friendly and helpful but Albert really understood the type of vacation we were looking for and guided us in the right directions, literally! I would definitely call this a 5 star. The beach was phenomenal and there was always ample seating. Loved the beach food service and the staff offered complimentary feature drinks on occasion. It was a nice touch at the peak of high sun. This boutique hotel offered us the modern luxury we were looking for in a conveniently located area with great restaurants within walking distance. We will be back, and this time for a much longer stay. I was almost reluctant to write a review so I could keep this hidden gem to myself! This is paradise.

Currently sitting on my balcony on my last day here and couldn’t be happier to write this 5star review. If your looking for a big resort with a ton of useless amenities this isn’t the place for you. This is a boutique resort where all the staff knows your name. They are attentive and very accommodating. The grounds are amazing. The beach isn’t overcrowded and you can always get a great seat on the beach. My wife and daughter got sunburned. They didn’t have any aloe so they went and cut down an aloe plant (?) and brought it to the room. Service. Amazing.
