Very comfortable and newly built villa with 3 double bedrooms to accommodate up to 6 persons. All 3 bedrooms dispose of air conditioning. On the ground floor there´s the living room with dining area, the ceiling is decorated with arches of Santanyi stone, a typical material for this area. Next to the living room is a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with its own dining space and separate exit to the pool area. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and a guest bathroom with toilet. On the first floor there is 2 more double bedrooms and a bathroom. A cosy terrace with garden furniture offers panoramic views over the neighbouring country side. The private pool (8 x 4 meters - depth: 0,80 - 1,80 m) is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas and has an outdoor shower. Next to the pool is a covered terrace with brick built barbecue and tables and chairs for grilled meals in open air.
