It was great and the staff was great and quiet best room I had in a while

At first we could not enter our room because of a broken door lock. Fortunately moved to another room. High smell of cleaning solution. Totally worn out chest of drawers with two out of four drawers unable to open or close without undo force (kicking). For breakfast card tables to eat at(5 crowded) Uncomfortable Bed, no stopper in sink or tub. However, it appeared several rooms had been made over.

Breakfast was so lacking that we couldn't even get a cup of coffee. Have never seen a continental breakfast run out! Worse was the loud air conditioning, woke up several times at night to hear it turning on and off.

We were bitten by bed bugs around midnight. All night through, we couldn't sleep at all. We reported the bed bugs (told them we took a picture of the bed bug, time stamped) to the staff in the morning. The manager did not refunded the room charge. Not a single word of apology! Terrible!!! I am going to share this experience in the social media when I return home.

Smelled like smokehouse, but room was comfortable. Need more parking. Great price

This was the least expensive room in the area. We just needed a place to sleep on the way to Sequoia, and it served that purpose adequately.

Yes floor of room 45 makes such a noise that I afraid to put my foot on floor . Phone was not working at all. Rest was excellent

Comfortable, quiet and affordable..Just stayed over night. Staff was friendly and plenty parking...

I stayed here while traveling to the Sequoia National Park. Though the distance from the actual park is far, the hotel is located close to Visalia's downtown and near the freeway.

Located close to major highway. If you're visiting this motel to go to the sequoias it is a little far from it, but worth te drive.

Spacious room and good location, but breakfast wasn't good enough

This hotel had a great location. Close to food places and next to freeway. Clean! Not many channels on t.v, but it was ok. Beds confy. Overall it was good!:)

Hotel was what I expected. Clean, quiet, quick access to downtown. Nothing special, no disappointments.

clean and well maintained. air cond was quiet, television worked but required two remotes. breakfast was minimal.

A real challenge. Started right off with a hostile and aggressive front desk guy. Went down hill from there. How this motel got a 3.5 user rating on a web site is really hard for me to understand. Maybe the owner's friends and relatives? Maybe falsified reviews? This was the worst of many motels I have stayed in in the last few years. For $ 70 it was robbery.

Room OK - nothing special. Breakfast: no fruit or anything healthy - just white bread for toast & sweet pastries. Microwave did not work. Coffee was extremely weak. The price was good.

great staff but room was really smelly and tv was broken too!!

Average for Super 8 motel. Clean room, friendly stuff but the breakfast could be better. Some Super 8 motels offer much better breakfast.

very friendly staff, quiet area.
