Traffic access was very good either public or privet. Everything was good, good furniture, good bathroom, clean bedroom, good view of streets, good kitchen and percities. but there was no business room, like copy machine, fax, etc... I have to request the front office staff.
The bed is bad and old. I could feel the springs and it hurt my body. The bed upstairs at the loft felt better. The TV remote is in Korean. The TV guide is also in Korean with no English translation. There is no in -room safe. No iron and ironing board.The hotel is quite a walk to Yeoksam metro station.and its tough during the hot and humid summer season. The AC remote control is also jn Korean with no english translation.
The hotel staff was super helpful and kind. Spoke great English. Location is a short walk from multiple subway stops. Lots of convenience stores and 24hr places nearby. Was clean and pretty quiet. Fantastic experience overall, would stay again.

I like that there is a convenience store inside hotel. A housekeeper/staff was kind. What I dislike is a very small bathroom space - no bathtub, the shower booth is too small. In addition, I do not know what a loft is for.
