it was not worth for the money and not recommend the breakfast at the hotel.

I lived in this hotel for 6 months while working in Seoul and when I chose to return to Seoul for a vacation my first choice hotel was the Frasier Suites. The hotel is located in a prime spot in Insadong which is the cultural area of Seoul with numerous art galleries, tons of restaurants (including a McDonalds just up the street), tourist souvenirs, bakeries, coffee/sandwich shops, and within walking distance to just about everything else. The saltwater pool is a treat after a long day out. Staff are refreshingly helpful.

We stayed at this hotel during the last two weeks of October. It was in-between seasons for the hotel as the heaters were not turned on and the room was cold at night. The only other minus was that the toilet did not have a bidet style seat. Everything else was very good. The room had a full kitchen (incl dishes, utensils, pots and pans), washer/dryer, iron and ironing board. I guess that the room was an older one as they were taking measurements for a renovation, but was still nice and clean. The staff was very efficient, friendly, and mostly English speaking. The location of the hotel is very convenient to the Insadong shops, the palaces for sightseeing, and the subway and bus system. The hotel has a shuttle going to business destinations and also shopping destinations (including Costco). All of this made for a very nice vacation.

Amazing place. Spacious and clean, fully outfitted apartment in Insadong. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall a good stay and I would still recommend this place. 1) As other reviewers mentioned, daily charge for internet connection (although a standard practice in Korea) isn't something I am happy about 2) Amenities were low. No coffeemaker or paper towel, no replacement toilet papers, three body towels for four people. Only excluding paper towel, these were provided when asked, but overall such low stock for a four bedroom place with 4 people staying 3) Additional person charge of 55000 (or $55 USD) daily was an ouch. There are beds for five and an additional office for which I paid for plenty. 4) Staff nonchalant. Courteous but really no engagement or enthusiasm. I guess we are just another guests

Very pleasant stay. Great location surrounded by sights to see and very near 2 subway trains. Staff very welcoming with excellent English. Apartment was spacious and I slept like a log on the comfortable bed. Gym was fantastic with full range of equipment, free weights, machines, 3 runners, 2 cross trainers and rowers and bikes. Very professional set up. Best hotel gym I have come across. Good shops and restaurants near by. In my opinion if you want a great location with great facilities and room to spare go for Fraser's.

Everything was fantastic except that the internet was terrible. I paid $40 for a months service and couldn't even get a signal in the bedroom. The internet was also slow and intermittent and each time I wanted to use on a new device I had to log out of the previous one.

This hotel is not plush, but very clean and in a wonderful location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a one bedroom apt. It had a small kitchen with a full sized fridge, microwave, and washer and dryer combo unit. Although the dryer did not work well they did provided a nice drying rack. Kitchen also had plates, glasses, cups and silverware, along with small coffe pot and rice maker. There was a dining table and 4 chair off the kitchen and a love set, chair and desk in the living area. The bedroom had a king Ned, dresser and another desk. The bathroom had a separate tub and shower with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. From the hotel you can walk to the palaces and you are in the middle of the Insadong shopping area. Many other major sites a short cab ride away. Two subway station (with different routes) were close by, and the subway system is pretty easy to figure out. Numerous places to eat close by. As others had mentioned the wi- fi only allows one device to connect at a time. We only ate breakfast at the hotel one time, but it was good. This was a great choice for our extended stay, and we would stay there again primarily due to the great location and the friendly and professional staff.

Descent location near subways. Very spacious rooms I had the king room and it was nice hard to find a room with a king size bed like this one. Child play area is nice along with indoor pool, jacuzzi/spa/sauna is great as well it stays open until midnight for swimming and sauna 11 pm for jacuzzi. I'll stay here again soon next time in seoul

We rented a 3 bedroom suite for our family. We have 4 adult children and it was perfect. It was a spacious apartment for the 6 of us and was perfectly located in Insadong, a great area of Seoul and easy walking distance to palaces, antiques, tea rooms, shopping and dining. It was one of our best hotel stays as a family. Lots of space in a beautiful setting. The pool and spa were wonderful and it also included a full breakfast each morning which was greatly appreciated.
