The room is clean and good. Breakfast variety is good. Phone charger is available. And wifi is good. Staff are helpful and service is good. Didn’t venture much outside as we are taking tour package. So can’t comment on the location.

Normal room as with most hotel. Location far from central Seoul, only have a few restaurant and shops beside the hotel. Not recommended for family or tourist. There is a famous fried chicken franchise behind and McDonald opp the hotel.Hotel services was good thou

Need some getting used to staying in this hotel. There are no mirrors in the bathroom as the sink & mirror are located outside. The temperature is centrally controlled & the room can get pretty warm. Fortunately, we can open the window a little to let in some cool air. The hotel may want to look at allowing individual guests to set their desired room temperature for a more comfortable stay. Breakfast could do with more variety on different days. Overall, the room is clean with good Wi-Fi & updated power sockets ( you don't need a travel adapter) for business travels.

This is an excellent hotel for the price in Seoul. I don't think you can find a nicer hotel for the same price. The workers are very polite and is similar to any of the high end 5 star hotels in Seoul. The rooms were recently upgraded so you get all the latest features like a bidet, USB, HDMI ports, new LG TV. Lights, do not disturb are on a control next to your bed. The toilet and tub/shower have a separate door from the sink which is a plus. There is plenty of counter space & shelves in the bathroom. The closet is pretty big. We were able to store 3 large suit cases. The mattress could be firmer and there was some noise but overall, I don't think you can beat this place. Finally, you are 5 minutes away from 2 subway stations. The Gongdeuk station has multiple subway lines to get you to a bunch of major areas in Seoul. The airport bus drops you off right across the street from the hotel.

We stayed here for 5 days, while doing business in Seoul. Location was good, and pricing was equally impressive. The service, cleanliness, staffing, room size, and location were well above par. I mentioned to our host that they need to remove the Best Western moniker so as to give this hotel the respect it deserves. Morning breakfast buffet was extremely respectable. The hotel staff was incredible - I called up for an iron and board and promptly headed into the shower. (Typical expectation was that it would hae been brought 30 minutes later) IT WAS THERE WITHIN 3 MINUTES!!! Laundry was equally impressive.

If you’re like me: ... you’ll be somewhat surprised that the concierge didn’t help you with your bags ... you would be impressed with how friendly the staff are at the reception ... you would be amazed at how safe and clean Seoul is in general ... you’d be blown away by the technology incorporated in the toilet seat (see picture) ... you’d be pleased with walking around the area ... you’ll be happy there’s a Starbucks nearby (but it seems in Seoul there’s a Starbucks everywhere) ... you’ll have limited options for breakfast because of dietary restrictions but you’ll enjoy the corn flakes with the pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and almonds as well as the scrambled eggs and mushrooms with baked beans (and the mushrooms are very yummy) ... you’ll enjoy how efficient check out is as you enjoyed check in

The experience was good, as the hotel staff was responsive and very polite. We had some issue with the water boiler, and they immediately sent someone up to check on it. A replacement was send to our room very quickly. The room is quite tight for triple, but is just nice for twin sharing. We enjoyed our stay... Also, there are plenty of restaurants behind the hotel. Our favorite Kyochon Fried Chicken is just a short 3 mins walk away.

Good location and near metro station. This hotel is pleasant with good quality and service. The buffer breakfast has a good spread with both local and western dishes. The hotel is close to many street side eateries stores where you can find local food. A con to this hotel is that it is rather far from the key shopping areas in Seoul. You need to catch a taxi or metro to these places.

One of my favourite hotels to stay in whenever I visit Seoul. Good location with a myriad of restaurants, cafes and convenience stores within easy walking distance. Subway station is also nearby. Rooms are large, clean and very modern. Staff are very pleasant, helpful and courteous.

Good location near metro station, this hotel is pleasant with decent quality and service. The buffet breakfast was pretty nice too. There are cafes and restaurants nearby as well. All in all, not a bad place to stay in Seoul
