Our room had a nice view but room was cold. bed linens, were very thin shower leaked across bathroom floor.

Great location but hotel is in need of a serious update. Check in staff were not friendly. Rugs old throughout, dirty windows as well. I would stay again for the location but I will be honest I will be checking out the Hampton down the road first

The rooms are in need of being remodeled. The carpet seemed fairly new but the bathroom was old and outdated. We noticed the room was dusty and the carpet outside of our room was in desperate need of being swept. The elevators were dirty and in need of remodeling. The restaurant at the hotel was very good.

The smell of the over-chlorinated pool mixed with the cleaning chemicals to produce an unpleasant smell in our room on the 2nd floor. The room was clean but every item in the room was bargain basement (from the very soft mattresses to the plastic bath tub). The staff left the doors to the industrial laundry rooms open giving a very unprofessional appearance to the hotel. The lake front area is under construction and the town of Geneva has certainly seen better days. We had real trouble finding an open restaurant on a Sunday night and eventually dined at a very bad Italian place (though the wait staff there were very nice). Overall, an underwhelming experience.

had a great time, bartender was excellent, morning coffee cold great location beautiful view.

The Ramada Geneva Lakefront exceeded mye expectations. The location is located on Seneca Lake close to the Finger Lakes wineries and breweries. The view from the patio overlooking the lake is breathtaking and peaceful. I would recommend this hotel and will stay here again on our next trip.

Good location on Seneca Lake. Room was average. Lake view was limited as windows were small. Web site room advertised a recliner in the room(still does). The hotel has only one recliner which was not in our room. Staff and hotel manager said our reservation could not include a recliner as they had only one. The manager kept me waiting 10 minutes before offering only one day of free breakfast (our stay was 3 days).

The location is really nice but kinda old rooms. Has the air of a hotel that used to be luxurious but isn't. This is definitely more of an inn than a hotel. The bar was okay and the lake is pretty, all round ok experience

The location can't be beat, though it's not worth upgrading to a lake view. The staff is all very friendly and helpful. The beds are terrible - they sag and are bowed in the middle and need to be replaced. Overall, we'd probably try another option in town next time we're in Geneva.

This beautiful new hotel is in the perfect location on the water in the center of town. The staff were so nice. I love the back patio bar with the fire pits and Adirondack chairs overlooking the water. Wouldn't stay anywhere else next time we visit!

great view, clean Hotel, walking distance into town, close to wineries

this was a great find !the location is right at the lake adjacent to a park, oppurtunity to jog, watch sunsets . Swimming privileges at nearby location down the street. This is in heart of historic downtown Geneva Ny , a charming town.Rooms are very modern and comfortable. Complimentary coffee and bagels in the morning , can be upgraded to full hot breakfast for extra charge . Great spot.

The hotel has a perfect location, rate the top of lake Geneva, central to wineries and close to restaurants. Unfortunately it was 15 degrees outside while we were there so we were not able to enjoy the lake! Overall the hotel was very nice and I would definitely recommend it.

Stayed here for a conference and was very pleased. Location on lake is beautiful and staff were friendly. Room was clean and comfortable.

We traveled to alot of wineries and the hotel was at the perfect location to spend the night,

This was the recommended hotel for a wedding I attended. The room was available and clean when I arrived. We had no issues. There's nothing amazing going on here. It's perched on the lake, which is nice. Don't expect much to be happening in town.

A great place to end your wine tasting trip on Senaca Lake. You can walk around the lake which also has a beautiful park to enjoy. Rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable. The view of the lake from your room is awesome. During summer they have a live band & grill on Fridays which we enjoyed.

They canceled our lake view reservation then gave us a room near the lobby looking at the parking lot with loud music over speakers. I had to keep asking them to lower it. They moved us to the lake view room the next day and there was a giant tent blocking 90% of the view. When we asked if we would have to pay for lake view the manager said we would have to talk to this website. When we called did not tell the truth and said we were happy with everything. The manager wouldn't reduce the fee for the lake view blocked room and tried charging lake view rate for the parking lot room. There is no continental breakfast as it says in on this website. The pool is tiny, max capacity 10. We left and found a beautiful room 20 miles down the lake.

This trip was our first time in the region and we just wanted to relax and enjoy the lake. We got an amazing lake side room and loved every moment. * definitely get a lake side room * walking distance to downtown Geneva * the hotel restaurant, the pier house, is great for dinner or breakfast

Nice place to relax enjoy the lake have fun great place to get out of the city
