The staff was very nice and helpful and the room was clean. The food was okay, nothing to write home about but it was nice they had options. I wasnt thrilled about the location of the hotel. Its in the middle of nowhere and there isnt much to do around the area. The train to take into paris is a 10 minute ride away, however the train into Paris is over 2 hours.
Was more like 2 star service and 1 star hotel at best.
We tried 2 attempts to cancel but hotel not helpful.
There is a free shuttle in the morning and evening which makes the sleeping arrangements equitable to those within walking distance to the airport. The room was clean and had what was needed. Unfortunately, there was only a food truck with extremely limited options for food (hamburger, chicken nuggets, fries, etc.) and Sundays means even the town a 30 minute walk didn't add to the options.

I spent 1 1/2 hour to find information and then shuttle bus for this hotel. The information provided regarding location of pick up was “0” on Orbitz and on reservation pages. I feel sorry for those who has to find shuttle bus. I believe Orbitz and hotel should improve it. Thanks
Nice room, comfortable bed. Would have liked to have top sheet on bed. Comforter was too warm but too cold without it! Was unable to connect to WiFi which was a problem as I needed to send messages about travel plans.

Hotel was fine, but the restaurant was limited in options and timing. Hotel shuttle runs only 6-9am and 6-9pm. At other times, you have to call a taxi for €80.
The hotel and the room was ok, but airport shuttle service is terrible. Very long wait. 45 minutes wait at the airport and 30 minutes at the hotel. Sign up for a 7a shuttle, but he arrived at 7:23
Hotel has a great location. Only 10 minutes away from the airport. The room size is comfortable and cozy. Although the breakfast buffet could definitely improved. Needs more options. The trash cans in the hotel room are really tiny. Overall it's ok.
How would you feel if you paid 4 times the amount for a hotel room than the hotel itself advertised on the main hotel signage. Orbitz really let me down on this one. This was not a worth the price I paid.
I want to rent a hotel for my one night stay near CDG airport. And find it in orbitz with “free shuttle to and from airports but when I reserved get a noticed that the shuttle is fo 6 to 8 am. Which is useless. by the way i go there by 30 euro cab snd found my self between farms. The nearest restaurant was 10 km away and cost 12 € by uber to get there. Also the minimum time to find an Uber was 12 min. When I complain about shuttle they said it eas propaganda which done by Orbitz and Expedia and we always ask these site to remove the banner but thay don’t Funny But the hotel is very clean
