Property was a bit run down and needed a facelift. Breakfast was limited and not what I normally see at Hamptons. Staff was great however and I like the easy freeway access.
Stayed here for a concert and the service was amazing, the room was clean and large, and the entire experience just perfect. Using the Hilton Honors app made it convenient to communicate with the front desk and see my reservation information. The front desk woman I checked in with was friendly and helped me get in quickly, the breakfast had a large selection that was appreciated, and the housekeeping staff were so kind every time we saw them. The distance to the MIDFLORIDA amphitheater was crazy close, we were able to leave that concert and get back so quickly! We will be back, thank you!

Four hours after checking in the power went out in the hotel due to hurricane. Problem was emergency lighting in the hallway and fire escape exits stopped after a few hours. Had to check out two days early due to lack of power room on fourth floor no elevator will need to discuss refund for unused days staff did a great job management did not. Unique circumstances should not have prevented emergency lighting from working during power outage. If I did not have hurricane supplies with me meaning flashlights it would’ve been a much more dangerous situation as a guest of the hotel
Very easy on and off highway. Checked in before 9 pm and decaf was absolutely cold; better nothing than false expectation from center staged beverage center. Staff was friendly.
It was a nice place to stay & convenient since we wanted to be in Seffner. Staff friendly & king room was spacious/clean.
