My son got 12 bedbugs bites, and was suffering for a few days afterwards.

staff was wonderful, I was disappointed with pool.I have stayed in nicer, but all and all pretty good.

The room was nice but the toilet paper roll was jammed and useless. A call to the front desk did not get it fixed.

We enjoyed our stay at Comfort inn, It was convenient to our visit to the area and clean. It was quiet and the pool and hot tub hit the spot after hiking. Breakfast was plentiful- make your own pancakes.. Excellent restaurant- Bocce in old town near by.

I picked this hotel for the location, continential breakfast and hot tub. All was good but the hot tub was out of service as the front office lady said. So off to my room disappointed. I looked out my window and to my surprise the hottub was with water and bubbling. So on with my suit and down to the pool area I went. Awe man hear I come relaxation.......... 1 foot and to my surprise the water is freezing cold. So disappointed. Back to my room and took a hot bath.

Hotel wasn't anything fancy but did the job for a last minute change in plans

I booked last minute to get away from it all and found this place on an app for a good price per night. Booked it, showed up and had a wonderful time. I would defiantly go back again!

We took a trip to Arizona to visit family and enjoy various sites. We decided to splurge on our stay at Cottonwood, so paid double what we paid for our other accomodations. The Quality Inn in Cottonwood is deceiving as the outside looks very attractive. The interior of the motel room was another story. When the clerk gave us a 2nd floor room, we asked for a main level room. The clerk proceeded to inform us that because we booked online, we did not "qualify" for a main level room as they are premium rooms reserved for walk-ins. Needless to say, our experience went downhill from there. We had to change rooms three times, and the room we finally had was horrific. The closing mechanism was missing on the door, the safety lock was missing, the door didn't even close completely. There was blood on the stoop and on the door frame and the dead bolt was loose. The safe didn't work, the faucet was loose. The shower pressure was minimal. Many of these things were not realized until later in the evening or in the morning when we were already committed to staying there. I feel that we should be given a refund for this dismal and disgusting experience.

The location is what made this a great stay for us. The motel was just around the corner from our family in town and conveniently located for shopping and dining. It's right on the highway that lead to Sedona in one direction and Jerome in the other. The room was clean and the bedding was warm and plush. The price was a bit high for us, but it was worth it.

We basicall stayed here because all the rooms in Jerome were rented and that was our real destination but we were pleased to find that it was only a short disance away and there were also a lot of interesting shops in the area. The breakfast left a whole lot to be desired and the fact that there are no decent breakfast places in the vicinity was not good. The room was ok but way overpriced for what it was which was basically a motel room with an outside door. The towels were skimpy and the shower was terrible with no pressure and a skinny stream of water. The heater was difficult to work and there was no hall light. Otherwise it was sufficient for one night, but at $123 in Cottonwood, it should have been much better with a decent breakfast instead of hard boiled eggs in ice and cold bread---yuk!Also, don't understand why check-in is 3pm and check-out is 11am??? Shouldn't one get at least 24 hours for the money?

After an exhausting day of horseback riding, my Grandson and I were treated to an exceptionally clean and cool room. We immediately changed into our swim suits and took a nice long soak in the hot tub and a refreshing dip in the clear, cool swimming pool. The area was immaculate. The next morning we hit the continental breakfast- where we found more items than normally served in a traditional continental breakfast and again- the area was immaculate. The staff was friendly and had a map of the local area to give me so I could find our next destination. We were very pleased with our experience and want to stay longer next time.

The Comfort Inn in Cottonwood was a very nice place to stay. The cleanliness and quality of room was nice. The location was nice and scenic except that at night the streets around the place were not well lit. I did not feel safe walking in the area at night. We had an issue with the shower knob which took two and one half hours to correct (needed one metal screw)in the knob. I needed a shower after travelling all day and asked for a diferent room and was turned down. I was told by the desk clerk that an adjustment would be made to my bill upon checkout because of this inconvenience. There was no adjustment made and I did not make an issue about it. The breakfast was adequate for starting your day. Overall I was satisfied except for the one issue and the lying desk clerk. My wife and I stayed here for two days.

We did a late night check-in and the staff was very kind to wait for us until we arrived. However, the room was not up to our expections. The room was very spacious but the bed was not comfy and the wall b/t the rooms were so thin I could almost hear the fight in our neighborhood (which made me wake up as early as 5am).

The room was comfortable. The included continental breakfast had a good selection to choose from. Location was a short drive to Sedona and Jeromone.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The bartender was fun and very efficient. This location was convenient and close to all the areas we enjoy.

We are very sorry to see this happened. As you know, we have no idea when these are brought into the motel, but once we find out, we get it taken care of right away. We do hope your son is feeling better. Our exterminator has been out and taken care of the room. Again, we are very sorry.
