No hot breakfast or pool AS ADVERTISED, due to C-19 BS. I want a price reduction. The woman who checked us in was EXTREMELY unprofessional and then rude. She took my Credit Card and LEFT THE LOBBY. I spoke up and told her to bring my card back, I didn't want it out of my sight. She came back and said, "I'm not doing anything with your card!" in a rude tone. This is unacceptable, she should be fired. During the coffee hour in the morning, they had no staff attending the coffee, juice & protein bars so everything was gone. No bars, no creamer, only decaf coffee. My wife went and asked someone to help and was greeted with another rude comment and a snail-like response. The establishment has been recently updated and presented well upfront. The room was clean but a disaster in 2 respects: (1) Right inside the front door we were greeted with a corner bead on the wall that had been hit VERY HARD by someone and knocked loose in several places. Someone had pretended to do a repair that was obviously done by a blind person with no talent whatsoever. It was a JOKE to leave newly renovated room in this condition. (2) The towels bars (2 of them) had been removed from the walls and the holes not repaired nor the walls painted where the mounting brackets had been removed. VERY TACKY as well as stupid; how would an extended-stay user have been able to lay out their towels to dry? The expertise of maintenance and the lack of management involvement in this facility is staggering.

I will not stay there again..it was dirty and had a smell.

Was disappointed when I was told the spa was down for the season, and it was inside building., all the previous hotels i was at this was not a problem.

It nice hotel , esay to access sedona and red rock

This hotel was soooo nasty! I literally went into the room and was disgusted. This place needs renovated immediately! The furniture was filthy and there was blood on the walls! I checked out within ten minuets of checking in. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS!!!

1 step above motel 8 and at 148 dollars. Terrible beds run down, bad location.

Overpriced hotel!! Not enough tv channels, wifi sucks! Average breakfast selection. Found other guests hairs attached to rooms blow dryier (very nasty). Spotted a roach in the bathroom!! Beds and room size were okay. Some staff members were friendly, others seemed not to be very social. In conclusion I wouldn't consider staying here again ever!!

It was fine but, I could not stop comparing the hotel to the Best Western in Flaggstaff. Same price but so much better. However, it was under new ownership and renovation. So, it should be better next time. Need sprucing up.

The first room they put us in the keys did not work to the door made had to let us in. They tried to reset the keys and that didn’t work. They put us in a room right next to that one in the bathroom was dirty. The ice machine on our floor did not work. And the elevator quit working on and off during our two day stay. Which made it very hard for us to get up the stairs. So if you have a physical disability I would definitely not stay there. The vending machines we’re also down

Excellent, the location is also closed to places to eat.

Booked this hotel because it was close to relatives home. The location was nice, right off the highway and close to amenities. the hotel itself needs a serious upgrade. The lobby was clean and presentable. They had complimentary coffee and water and breakfast daily. The rooms however were another story. They were old, carpet was dated, shower was moldy. The headboard above the bed was completely crooked and falling off the wall. Bathroom sink drain was corroded and the sink was very small. It was also very noisy. You could hear everything and everyone that was in the hallway as if they were standing next to you in the room. The air conditioner didn't work right away and when we finally got it to work, it was so loud you couldn't sleep. The mattress was so hard and Uncomfomfortable. Next time I stay in the area this fall I will definitely be staying elsewhere. It was so not worth the price. If you want a nice comfortable place to stay this is not the hotel for you.

This location is great if you want to be between Phoenix and northern Arizona. A drive up to the hotel breaks the drive and able to visit some national parks as well as go shopping at the local towns. In the local restaurants there are choices of local beers to choose from making it great for beer lovers who enjoy craft beer. Driving to flagstaff or the Grand Canyon is great as long as you don't mind a 45 min drive back. I live in Phoenix so waking up and doing the parks and spending a day in local towns then driving back at the end of the day wasn't so bad. More day to enjoy local scenery and parks.

Very close to Sedona and Oak Creek Az. Saved us lots of money.

For the lowest rate, it has to be prepaid. Traveling for business, attempted to book using my corporate credit credit card. Needed the zip code of billing address for security reasons, that's ok. Except I have no idea where my company, located across the country has their account billed to. tried home office address, no good. Use personal card to hold. Upon arrival, wouldn't change to corporate card from personal card. At checkout, asked for receipt, for reimbursement - no ,we can't print out a prepaid bill, get it from your email. Really, you can't print out a simple receipt? I'll never stay at this chain again.

Carpets and decorations are old. It was a comfortable stayed but not what I was expected comparing to other similar hotels

The area is good, right across several fast food. The room was clean and staff were friendly. The wifi wasn't working when we checked in but they warned us about it and after a few hours it worked. Near the Out of Africa.

I stayed a week and the staff was very nice .rooms were clean over all very nice stay

Cute clean great price laundry perfect for sedona bound people will stay again
