Property was old. The website said there was a pool which is why we booked but no pool on property. First room smelled of cigarettes, second room was old and rundown. We checked out in 30 min and moved to another hotel.

Front desk staff was really friendly, suite was beautiful & spacious. The only problem was housekeeping opening our door at 9 am while we were still asleep
Upon asking regarding their housekeeping policies currently, I was informed that it would be performed upon request. Since we were travelling with kids, we wanted to have clean set of towels and bedsheet after our 2nd day there after visiting Manhattan every day during our stay. I made a request twice during our 5 day stay at the hotel but we didn't receive the housekeeping service. We even had to go to the front desk to get more toiletries as we were running out of them. We were told by the front desk staff at checkout time that they would add points to my Hyatt account to compensate me for 1 night's worth of stay for the poor service we received and that it would take 4-5 business days for them to show up. However, even after 2 weeks of completion of the stay I do not see any points. There were other guests also that had different complaints at the front desk when I had gone to ask them about housekeeping. Their prices were quite low as compared to other hotels in the region. It could be because their service is not good. The front desk staff is polite and will listen to you but then they do not take any action. The breakfast service was awesome though. I would not stay at this hotel in the future.
Didn’t like that I had to pay daily for a microwave when the other hotels in his chain supply them in the room. Room was not cleaned when asked to do so, elevator was out of service for part of the stay.
Free parking. shopping. easy to get to, shuttle service to nyc.
This is a great place to get to local transportation. Bus stop so close by. Great breakfast and decent rooms!
