Too expensive for the type of motel it is. Just sort of ok but nothing special.

Horrible orbitz experience. Apparently the hotel is not open. Got there at 11:05 pm, no one there. Was talking to ORBITZ staff for over an hour with no help whatsoever. Worst company face ever!!!

Perfect setting in the new Barlow Center with local food, wine, beer, spirits, clothes and crafts made onsite by Sonoma County artisans. Walk to downtown Sebastopol.

Property is very convenient too downtown and Barlow. Rooms are a little out dated. Some light switches not working properly.

The grounds were very well landscaped and the neighborhood has many attractive features (businesses).

When I first got there the room I paid for was not what I got but I went to the front desk and showed them my reservation and they switched me right away. Otherwise it was a very cozy place to stay. Loved the restaurant and coffee shop being in the property. This was very convenient after traveling all day.

The property is very cute and clean. Everything is new and fresh

Nice place to stay downtown and to use as a base to tour the area. Excellent staff. Bright bathrooms with good showers. Nice TV and bed.

No comfortable chairs to sit in. Tiny toilet in bathroom. Shower fixture didn’t work properly. No extra blankets In room. Noisy heater/ AC.

Arrived at 9:30 PM after a seven hour drive from LA with my 83 year old mother to attend a funeral over the weekend. The manager advised me that my hotel room may have pet stains due to families that were displaced due to recent fires (which is totally understandable). She offered to show me the room - which was on the second floor. I told the manager that I could not use the room because my mother uses a walker and could not climb the stairs. As a result, we decided to go to another hotel in the area with an elevator. I called Orbitz the next day to request a refund, but was denied because I did not cancel the room 24 hours in advance. That doesn't seem right, but Orbitz said that manager insisted that they were entitled to the fee. Contractually, Yes. But what was I supposed to do? In fact, this could be ADA violation. I will never book with this hotel in the future.

I stayed one night, but found this to be clean, neat, quiet and only a few steps from a coffee house, walking distance to restaurants.

The hotel was nice but that's it. Great location and area though.
