This House is in a nice, safe neighborhood. Grocery stores and gas stations are just a few miles away. You can see SpaceX launches right from the pool or the backyard. The covered lanai is great for feeling the tropical breeze during the day or relaxing on calm nights without the bugs.

In the property high-speed Internet and WiFi are provided. All of the expected comforts of home are provided with fresh linens, bath and pool/beach towels, spare pillows/blankets/sheets, iron/ironing board, hair dryers (2), washer and dryer. We also provide you in both bathrooms starter packs of soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and hand lotion.


Fully stocked open kitchen: large fridge with ice maker, stove, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, drip coffee, hot water kettle, blender, rice maker, cooking tools, and coffee bar available.

Bedroom and Bathroom 1 (master): king bed, dedicated working space with desk and chair, ample walk in closet and private bathroom. Access to the screened patio and hot tub. Bathroom essentials included. Smart TV 80” on wall.

Bedroom 2 (kids/guests): Two personal beds, foldable crib available in closet and stroller available upon request.

Bedroom 3 (guests): One queen bed, pool view.

Bathroom 2: Full bathroom with bathtub and shower. Essentials included.

Screened patio: Heated pool, Jacuzzi Hot Tub, Pool toys are stored in a bench, ample outdoor sitting and two sun loungers. BBQ grill, Bluetooth pool speakers and Smart TV.

Living Room: Sofa bed and chairs, plus a smart Samsung TV for entertainment.

Dining room: Large dining table with up to 6 chairs, stocked with board games, books, an arcade, and toys for kids.

Terrace: Barrel sauna and a fire pit for relaxing outdoors.

Backyard: Enclosed lanai with a pool and jacuzzi hot tub, smart TV, an outdoor dining table, pool lounge seats, and comfy outdoor sofas. Includes kids’ pool toys and a patio with a playground for the little ones.
