Travelodge By The Space Needle

Travelodge is in a neighborhood with 2 other budget hotels. I chose it because my other options were over $300. My experience was good. 1. The desk clerk checked me in immediately. 2. The manager helped her choose a room near the elevator as I am female and alone and also have mobility issues. 3. They recommended restaurants that delivered (!) . 4. The room was very clean and had certain features updated from the obvious era of the hotel: Wi-Fi, TV, linens, furniture. 5. All the plumbing worked and well. 6. Despite being near an elevator I slept well and was not disturbed by other guests. I was pleasantly surprised as I was expecting much less.

Good hotel for going to concerts at KeyArena or for staying close to the Space Needle. Good breakfast - lots of options to chose from!

No problems, parking fee fair. Very nice breakfast and clean. Guests were nice w families and from all over. Like being able to mingle.

The hotel is very close to space needle. The staff was very courteous. The rooms are a little run down but decent still. The price is very reasonable for the location.

This hotel is great for the price and location in Seattle. It definitely needs some updating. The man that checked me in was super friendly and easy going. The other staff during the stay were less so. The breakfast was really good. I actually looked forward to it each morning. The floors are a bit thin, we could hear people trudging around above us quite a bit. Some people do walk very heavy... Overall, not a bad place and I'd still recommend to others.

Overall, I had a very pleasant experience staying here. The staff were friendly and helpful, too.

This hotel is in a great location to visit Seattle center. You will be 10 minutes walk of from the Space Needle, Children museum, and many other touristic areas. The hotel is calm and clean. Good rooms size. Breakfast is abundante though quite repetitive. The coffee was not good because is not fresh. The hotel is close to bus stations and the mono rail. There are many restaurants nearby.

We went to concert in Seattle city center and hotel was close enough to walk and a great value.

Room and building can use some upgrades, but overall breakfast was great and great value for your money.

The location is near restaurants and attractions, it is a safe neighborhood, parking is $15/day and right out front. The hot breakfast was great although not a lot of seating at prime time. The bed was big & comfy, room was clean, we had a refrigerator. No tub at least in my room, shower had very low water pressure. I would come back here.

This hotel is pretty run down and the windows made me feel like I was in a dormitory. All this hotel has going for it is location (3 blocks from the Space Needle).

Wouldn't recommend if you are looking for a clean and updated hotel. Continental breakfast and daily copies of USA today were the highlights

Situated blocks from the space needle and less than a mile walk to pikes market. Beds and TV are updated for a solid sleeping experience. Great value given the cost of the other hotels in the area.

This is a relatively cheap place to stay for a city hotel. No frills ... no perks... plain Jane place to sleep. You get what you pay for. The king bed was comfy... free coffee in the lobby... friendly staff. It not the Ritz but for one night... it works.

Walking distance to space needle and metro. Seattle center

Overall it's in a good location, near many tourists spots. The hotel itself is showing it's age, it needs a remodel, or at least a thorough cleaning of carpets and walls to get rid of the old odor. It is nice that you're allowed to park there for all day for a fee, unlike the rest of the town where they charge way too much. The breakfast is as basic as you can get, we didn't expect much but were still disappointed overall on the breakfast as the food tasted bland and hot food was lukewarm and cold food seemed warmer than it should be, safety warming. We chose this hotel due to location and price point, but at the same time I think we will spend more for a better star hotel.

Hesitant to remove shoes. Dared not take a shower. Concerned about bed bugs. Convenient location not worth discomfort. Bummer.

My stay was rough. Nothing about the room or facility was clean or inviting. The room with the complimentary breakfast smelled so bad I didn't even want to try the coffee. The windows had no drapes, and the view was not fun. The shower was impossible to get in, and I wasn't given any shampoo. The hallways were very small with low ceilings and it was very noisy.
