The floors had food in the carpets, bathroom had another guests hair in basin and bath area. Everything had a general poor finish eg; suite with kitchen? 3 knives, 1 spoon, 1 plate. No plug in the sink or washing up facilities. This dirt was reported and complained about bed not being made up by 3rd day the food was still on the floor we made our own beds.

Good. Convient. Nice shuttle service. Nice people,

The rooms are large. But a bit uncomfortable. The air felt clogged and thick in the room.

When we arrived, we had a 20 minute plus wait because the only guy working had made a run to the airport. He was worked to death I think because that was 1 am and at 8 am, he was also setting up breakfast and running around doing everything. Breakfast was fair but they kept running out of bread or other things. I think they need more staff. Also, found a lot of hair on the shower wall.

The rooms were old apartments converted into rooms, which did leave for a lot of space but was not renovated correctly, you could see where the stove was and an outlet was missing a cover. The room was dirty; hair in the shower, smear marks on the mirror, dust on the fake flower decor and a dirty ice bucket (when we went to the front desk for a liner we were given a trash bag). Last but not least our door was difficult to open and shut as well as half the chain lock was missing it looked like the door was kicked in not to long ago. The wi-fi password did not work and the shuttle is not complementary it is eight dollars per person to ride across the street. As for the continental breakfast; I got there at 8:15 (ends at 9) and there were five bananas left, a couple of bran muffins, cereal, a bowl of hard boiled eggs, apple and orange juice concentrated then mixed in dispenser and no coffee because you have in your room. There was no hot food served. Overall second worse place I have ever stayed.

No lifts, didn't offer help with my luggage, didn't give me clear instructions on how to get from the reception to my room (my room was on another building). Can't give more than 2 stars.

Back security door was broken. First two days nearly had to kick in door to open. Did not get room I booked. Refrigerator in the room was old and loud every time it went off woke us up at night. They say no pets allowed but people have dogs that would bark all day and most of the night our entire stay . Staff was courteous.

Old Room, filthy carpet and broken down furniture. I am still stressed about my stay there until I'm still speechless. I cannot recall ever staying in a hotel this bad. I travel extensively personally and professionally. Bad choice of a hotel. The worse thing is when you use a third party such as Orbitz, etc., you cannot cancel or get a refund. What a BUMMER. This is not an exaggeration by any means.

I reserved a 1-king suite but was given a 2-queen suite without being told (I found out when I walked in). This meant extending my stay was more complicated: I would either need to pay the higher room rate through the hotel, or re-book through Orbitz and check out/physically remove my items from the room by noon and then wait 3 hours to check back in. (I was told they could add a note to hold the room I was in for me to check back into, but there was no way to avoid vacating the room for 3 hours.)

It served it's purpose I guess. The room was clean and they had coffee, I'll give them that. But that's the best thing I can say. The cable reception was so bad that I thought they were stealing it from the apartment complex next door. No cups, no ice, etc. So, I won't be staying here again.

There was trash and broken appliances around the building. The room has a horrible smell. The curtain rod was about to fall off. While the sink in the bathroom was plugged up. When I told the front desk, they made it seem like it was my fault. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I paid way too much for my stay. Their rate should be $5.00/night.

Decent hotel to stay in, close by to rent a car central and airport

When i first got to hotel it seemed very nice, but then Heater didn't work, had bugs wouldn't give me sheets for pull out bed for my kids, Maid banged on our door super early until she woke my up my entire family including my sick babies, when i addressed my problems to office they did not care, i called office to get complaint line they said there is no line, i asked for a refund we have bite marks and the owner began to scream at me came to my room with maintenance man to kick my children and i out prior to check out time and refused to give us any money back and was very rude

was very relaxing, friendly staff, and rooms were comfortable

I chose Sutton Suites because of the low price relative to other Seatac hotels and the free airport shuttle service. I had taken a bus to Seatac on the afternoon of my arrival, and I got picked up and taken to the hotel promptly, and the. Returned to the airport early the next morning. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room and the hotel in General was very old and a little dingy but the room was quite spacious, had a kitchenette that I used for dinner, and had plentiful sitting and desk space. For an affordable stay on your way in or out of town, it is a great place.

nothing impressive. have been to too many hotels so know good ones.

I had great experience. great value for money. I enjoyed the ktchen

Parking was OK. Don't know if our sheets were changed or just remade. Staff was OK the breakfast was OK. The door dead bolt did not engage completely. Pot smoke in the hall way. Asked for a non smoking room did not get that. Bathroom was stocked good until last few days then we had to rash on the tp. Spiders lots of them. The air-conditioning worked well.

This hotel was horrible! I would not recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is old, but well kept and clean. It was a convenient location if you have 12-hour layover in Seattle.
