Picked for great price close to downtown. Right across from a nice shopping district where we got bagels and coffee each morning. Room was great, warm blankets. Would stay again.

Honestly, I sort of knew what I was getting into based on previous reviews, but the price and location was too good to be true. The problem must be with hotel leadership. With proper leadership, the staff would have more interest in keeping the property in good condition and pleasant in assisting customers. My experience is the reverse is true. Besides the moldy fruit, dirty floors, unprofessional staff, the worst part were the bug bites.

I would recommend if you have one of the queen rooms. The suites which in my mind should be nice, definitely were not.

The lady at the lobby checking in was very rude! Hotel rooms smell bad and my sheets had old blood stains!!! I asked for my sheets to be changed and she didn’t even apologized! She cut me off when I was telling her the reason why I needed it changed! I checked out before early and went to a different hotel!

Hotel needs a lot of work. Fresh coat of paint on the walls, trim, and doors. Unsure when carpet has been cleaned or shampooed. Not a good option for breakfast. Juice machine not working and only hot items were sausage and waffles. Not sure about security as well with the outside door open without a functional lock.

My husband and I got a chance to visit Seattle the first time. We booked this hotel online via Orbitz because of its reasonable price and location. Overall inside the room is ok. No smoking smell inside. I would recommend thus hotel to my friends.

location is very good for northeast campus and uville, but the condition of the property, especially the stairwell and hallway carpet and the back building suites is poor.

Messy stained, Wreaked of deodorant AND almost unusable shower pressure and finky sink nozzle, aged furniture

Ok for a night, but not any longer. A place to sleep, not a place for comfort. The room was dirty and worn out. (An Ice bucket was used as a lamp shade.) The carpet was DISGUSTING, dusty and stained. Got a better deal online than what the motel was willing to accommodate.

The only thing good I can speak of is the proximatey to the university village. Great food and shopping there. The condition of the hotel though... The "lobby" wreaks of cigarettes, the layout if terrible, and its right on a busy street, constant noise. Haven't even gotten to the rooms yet. The shower nozzle was broken, shower didn't work, tv remote didn't work, TV didn't turn on manually, couches were lumpy and awkward, beds were as expected for a cheap hotel. The entire place was run down.

Right next to University Village and Washington U. Room was very clean. The staff was polite and professional. The breakfast was not very good at all. But I recommend this hotel

The wifi and internet did not work. The window area is pretty dusty. The bathroom did not smell good. But this hotel has a very good location which is very close to a 24-hour supermarket.

Not much to be happy with. Plain and old. Not worth the price!

Registration was pleasant and quick, and my questions were answered politely. The room and bath were clean, and everything worked except, as it turned out, the coffeemaker. Coffee was provided with the complimentary breakfast, so I didn't go without.

Great hotel close to UW medical and very reasonable rates and right across the street from university village

It was very close to UW. This hotel needs some serious maintenance and updating. Electrical sockets that didn't work. Lights not working. Says it a smoke free/ per free hotel, but when you check in it wreaks of smoke and there's a dog barking in the office area.

Hotel is literally across the street from University Village Shopping Center. The room was larger than I expected. Nice sitting area with refrigerator and microwave. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and kind and the breakfast was quite nice. It is an older hotel but it is clean and comfortable.

Quick registration, friendly desk. Clean room with fridge, microwave and coffee. Comfortable, quiet and restful stay. Good location across from the University Village for shopping and even groceries. Safe parking lot, secure entries to hallways so as a single female traveler I good about my location.

The room was OK, needs updating and a bit run down

We were in town for a wedding, and the hotel's location is pretty great, which is why we booked it. The front desk person was not that friendly.... The hallways were reaalllly old looking, with stains on the carpet throughout. Our room was nicer than expected. This is a fine hotel to stay at if you're wanting to be in a good location. It's definitely not luxurious by any means, it's simply a reasonable stay.
