The only thing good I can speak of is the proximatey to the university village. Great food and shopping there. The condition of the hotel though... The "lobby" wreaks of cigarettes, the layout if terrible, and its right on a busy street, constant noise. Haven't even gotten to the rooms yet. The shower nozzle was broken, shower didn't work, tv remote didn't work, TV didn't turn on manually, couches were lumpy and awkward, beds were as expected for a cheap hotel. The entire place was run down.

Right next to University Village and Washington U. Room was very clean. The staff was polite and professional. The breakfast was not very good at all. But I recommend this hotel

The wifi and internet did not work. The window area is pretty dusty. The bathroom did not smell good. But this hotel has a very good location which is very close to a 24-hour supermarket.

Not much to be happy with. Plain and old. Not worth the price!

Registration was pleasant and quick, and my questions were answered politely. The room and bath were clean, and everything worked except, as it turned out, the coffeemaker. Coffee was provided with the complimentary breakfast, so I didn't go without.

Great hotel close to UW medical and very reasonable rates and right across the street from university village

It was very close to UW. This hotel needs some serious maintenance and updating. Electrical sockets that didn't work. Lights not working. Says it a smoke free/ per free hotel, but when you check in it wreaks of smoke and there's a dog barking in the office area.

Hotel is literally across the street from University Village Shopping Center. The room was larger than I expected. Nice sitting area with refrigerator and microwave. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and kind and the breakfast was quite nice. It is an older hotel but it is clean and comfortable.

Quick registration, friendly desk. Clean room with fridge, microwave and coffee. Comfortable, quiet and restful stay. Good location across from the University Village for shopping and even groceries. Safe parking lot, secure entries to hallways so as a single female traveler I good about my location.

The room was OK, needs updating and a bit run down

We were in town for a wedding, and the hotel's location is pretty great, which is why we booked it. The front desk person was not that friendly.... The hallways were reaalllly old looking, with stains on the carpet throughout. Our room was nicer than expected. This is a fine hotel to stay at if you're wanting to be in a good location. It's definitely not luxurious by any means, it's simply a reasonable stay.

This inn was economical but was rather inconvenient to access the UW campus on foot.

Everything was fine. Nothing exceptional. The hallway rug was stained and the hotel needs updating.

Fairly run down, stained carpets, kind of smelly in the hallways, but at least the room was a little nicer. Location is great, but this was just a little too economy for me.

The hotel isn't that nice, however the suites are huge and were a great place for hanging out before going out for the night. I would recommend this to anyone younger staying here so they can have a good time in the area. Staff were great, breakfast was nice and the location was good as well.

Had to go to an interview at Seattle children's hospital. This place was convenient and clean.

It is very close to uw campus and provide continent breakfast and that is the major reason we live there But wifi internet is very slow inside my room and did not have paper tissue when we moved in.

Very nice hotel located in a residential neighborhood. I was surprised in a good way. Close to the University of Washington and to the very nice University Village shopping center. It was great to have in-room fridge and microwave.

Good housekeeping but room could use some work. Didnt get enough towels and had couple stained towelsuntil we asked. Good location. water temp a bit hard to control in shower. Staff were friendly

It was just a one night stay for a concert. I picked it because of the close proximity to the event. It was clean in the room and the bed was comfortable. There were no frills, but I didn't expect them. Staff was pleasant.
