The staff was friendly the pool area was nice. One problem was the hot water did not work well at all for the sink in the bathroom and asked about a late checkout time (normal is 12:00 noon) they said it was 12:30 and would cost an extra $30.00, but other then that was a nice place and good location. we were there for a couple of Seattle Thunderbird Hockey games

Crappy parking only front door working staff was not much help and not close to anything

Stayed for one day as a transition from a time share in Port Townsend, enjoyed the hotel stay, It exceeded my expectations, however, there is a closer one to the airport.

For the price, it was a good experience. The rooms were large and very comfortable. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Close to highways and midpoint between Seattle and Tacoma which was very convenient for us as we traveled to both cities. The pool and gym were clean and pleasant to use. Even the breakfast had ample choice, Close proximity to airport and near to good food.

We had difficulty getting the room we had to be moved to another room because the door on that room was not working. They gave us another room totally different then what I had booked. But we made it work. Other than that little experience the room had housekeepening everyday that we where there. Also the indoor pool needs to have some sort of ventilation it smelled so bad inside. There was very limited parking so we needed to get back sooner so we can park the rental. The person that checked us in was amazing helped us out a lot. The rest of the staff where not helpedfull at all. Great hotel overall.

If you're looking for a quick stop, this hotel will be fine. Rooms are a little older, breakfast is pretty good, pool is fine. You'll have to spend more in this area to get a nicer hotel.

Just stop in for a night. Room had two queen beds and a sofa beds to fit the three of us.

Very old and dirty hotel, looks nice but you can tell it hasn't been cleaned in a while. TV didn't work too well and they only give you 4 smallllllll pillows. Wouldn't go back

I always stay here when the Federal Way location is booked up. It's still close to my work location and closer to the airport when the time comes to travel back home. The hotel property seems a little older but in good condition. I stayed in a couple of jetted tub suites that seemed like they could use some updating on the tub area but the rest of the room was fine. I didn't use the pool but it looks like it could use a new coat of paint.

Room was old and run-down. Value didn't match expectations. Leaky sink and tub faucets. No "Do not Disturb" tag available. Noisy!

If you love trains this is the place for you! You can stay up all night watching and listening to trains as they roar by! Truly mesmerizing.

so I taking my wife my son and mother in law to visit Seattle and we chose to stay here based on the how close it was and the pictures made the place look great but not the case when we got to our room I got the executive suite with two queen beds in the pictures it show a door separating the room with beds from the living room area but sadly there was no such thing in our room and the location made us feel like we were put in corner to be forgotten. the fan would only cool off the living room area and the bedroom area stayed hot the staff were very nice though but thats about the only nice thing I have to say about our stay I could say more about the room and the price but I dont want to keep getting upset about it.

Friendly staff, exceptionally fast check in, nice location, room was clean and comfortable. Will stay there again.

The hotel was significantly lower quality than their website indicated. The room smelled bad, all the towels I used were torn or frayed, the pool water was murkey, the AC unit was old and loud, and there were old used bandaids stuck to the carpet near the bed. The one positive point was that they had a room ready and allwed us to check in at 11:00, even though check in wasn't supposed to be until 3:00. Well stay somewhere else next time.

A very nice and clean hotel without breaking the bank.

When we entered the lobby, I knew I had picked WRONG hotel. Lobby furniture was old, red carpet prob never replaced. Then we went up to our room. Had a smell to it. Furniture was old. Bed was uncomfortable and pillows probably not replaced for 10 years. Breakfast was soso. Also, trains run few times a night and if you are a light sleeper, the horn will keep you awake. I am going to stay with well known hotel chains from from now on!

We were very disappointed with the hotel room. It was dirty and the bedding looked like it hadn't been changed. We found blood spots on some of the blankets. The hotel staff was friendly.

The check in was smooth even though we were early, there were no issues. Staff was friendly, breakfast was adequate.

MOST Staff seemed friendly and accommodating. Especially the lovely girl with plumeria ..reminde The one thing that really irked me was the miscommunication between the manager and I. I was under the impression that she was more than happy :) to accommodate my request for late check out which I was told is addt'l an $50 check out fee. I told her my flight was at 5:40pm so Id be checking out at 4/4:30pm. The manager smiled and nodded her head as if it would be no problem whatsoever and as far as I I know a price was not mentioned whatsoever during our face to face conversation. Upon check-out one of the most friendly receptionist delivered the bad news that her manager who was in a "meeting" (o course) said to relay the message to me that I will be having to pay an 1/2 night stay price THEN it turned into me having to pay a full nights stay! According to the manager's words: I was told by her (the manager) that I must be checked out by 2:30pm. I really wanted to straighten this out with the "manager" but I was running super later for my flight. So I just paid the extra FULL day fee for the extra 4-1/2 hours I was there. I was so put off! Lesson learned - Don't ASSuMe! Clarify every That was a bummer. :( Too make things worse I missed my flight. I called and asked if it wad possible for me to still check back in - since i did pay for another night. But the response I got was "haha nooooooo.....you alreadt checked out......" FML. For the most part th
