Although booking through Orbitz indicated cancellations are per hotel cancellation policy the GM tried to tell me that the Orbitz booking is completely no refundable. Gave appropriate 24 hour notice of early checkout but GM refused to authorize my refund. He is the only staff member authorized to process a refund so I had to leave a message for him to call me to approve my request. He NEVER returned my calls or messages left.

The hotel was okay. There was a pretty bad smell when you entered the room but other than that, for the price, it was okay. Free parking, free breakfast and cable was all good amenities. We got in a 1:15am from our flight in and we still got charged for a whole day so that was unpleasant.

When we arrived late in the evening, hotel staff first told us they did not have our reservation, then tried to get us to pay double the quoted rate. After more than one hour of discussion, they then told us they were sold out even though we showed paper confirmation of reservation. This was the worst customer service we have ever eperienced.

This Red Lion will charge you an extra 11 bucks for wifi and 11 bucks for the same continental breakfast every other hotel in America has for free. The a/c hardly worked in my room in late June. I could hear the room above mine plain as day all night. Staff was curt and disinterested. I can't believe this hotel is charging the prices they are for the mediocre service they provide.

Overall it was ok, the beds were super comfortable but when checking out the lady up front was taking her time to attend us and was in the back, not sure doing what. But maybe she was busy doing something for the hotel. The breakfast sucked, only had one waffle maker when there was a lot of people waiting for it and the juice dispensers weren't labeled correctly. Not too big of a deal with out issues but I always like havin a variety for breakfast and usually do at all of the hotels I've stayed at.

Not a fan of Curry smell, furniture was older than me , fold up chairs , NEVER seen a Ramada like this.

Curtains in the room and shower broken. Kids price charge was more than what I received in the email.

This was a very good place to stay. They were helpful, the room was large and clean

It was better than I thought it would be. My only problem was that I had staff member come in my room to clean it before my check out time while I was still in there.

I work out of town so its important to have a room with all the needed amenities of home

The stay was very nice and comfortly the staff was very friendly and attended all my needs.

We stayed the night here on out way to the east coast and on our way back to Alaska. It's further from the airport than I imagined and they only have one shuttle bus (#57) running between this hotel and airport. As a result, the wait for the bus is 20 minutes or more. Don't make the mistake of catching another Ramada shuttle bus, which will take you to the wrong Ramada hotel. The location is in a lower income area without any close restaurants. There are a couple gas stations and a grocery store a few blocks away, but the walk there is sketchy, especially at night. The hotel staff was very accommodating and our rooms were clean. One of the non-smoking rooms we received had been smoked in but the front desk attendant sprayed it with air freshener, which helped a bit. The breakfast included juice, coffee, water, cereal, instant oatmeal, apples, bananas, make-your-own waffles, bagels with cream cheese, English muffins, peanut butter and jelly. Overall, I would say for the price, it's a good deal for the free wifi, breakfast and airport shuttle. Next time though, I will splurge and pay the extra $30 for the convenience of staying at the Hilton that is at the airport and eliminating the wait for the shuttle.

The only bad thing about this hotel was the parking is it was tight but it was underground so covered from the rain. The kids loved the waffle maker.

It was fine for a weekend trip, but the bed was awful!!! Continental breakfast was fabulous)

affordable for a quick stay
