Quality Inn & Suites Hotel Seattle Center

This hotel enticed me with the in room hot tub which was wonderful and had plenty of hot water. The actual bathroom space was a bit tight though. The facility in general was very clean but did show signs of repairs. The breakfast was good just don't go at the end because the food may be gone already.

Totally outdated unit. Needs to be totally renovated or clised fiwn. A disgraced for a quality inn.

Well situated, easy access to a many areas. A bit overpriced for what you get but considering seattle's prices I guess it's where it should be

Having used many hotels in my life I can will say that room is extremely overpriced. I assume that since ii is the holiday season they can charge whatever they want and they do. It is a very average room priced as a luxury suite.

Let us start with the good: the continental breakfast is AMAZING. The options are great, and all the food tastes delicious! Definitely the best breakfast I have had at any hotel. The staff are super friendly, and our room was ready early so we were able to check in when our flight landed at 11am! The staff cleaned the room every day, and changed out the towels and sheets every day as well. This was a bit concerning since they have signs posted saying to conserve water they would only change sheets and towels every three days if your stay is longer than that (ours was). So they are advertising being green but their actions are not. They have a gym at their hotel, but it is currently under renovations. This was a huge bummer because it was the primary reason we chose this hotel over others that didn't have a gym but had a pool. The morning after out third night there, we found one of the towels in the bathroom was bloody. We were not sure whether the towel had actually been washed or not, but regardless there should not have been a previously bloodied towel in our room! The manager gave us a 25% discount which ended up being a free night since we stayed there so long. They offered to change rooms but we were checking out the next day and it seemed pretty pointless at that time. Overall, I may recommend this hotel to family/friends if the gym opens up and the staff keep up on making sure towels are clean when placing them in the bathroom

Looked nice in the photos, but the hotel is very dated, old carpet, dreary colors, etc. Also odd, the TV had 5-6 shopping channels, but no CNN, ESPN, etc. Slept fine and didn't pay a lot, so there's that.

The hotel itself is dated and the walls are paper thin. The room was so small that there was barely room for us and our luggage. Spend an extra $50 and go elsewhere.

My stay here was pleasant and the staff were very nice. They gave me an upgrade in the room so I much appreciate that. The hotel was close to the space needle and within walking distance to several shopping facilities. The free breakfast was a deal breaker for me and tasted good with lots of choices. I appreciate that there was transportation to the market place, airport and cruise loading ports for a small fee of around $3 which is much better than taking uber or a cab. Make sure to call and confirm ahead if you need transportation from the airport to the hotel as they were not able to accommodate me even when I did. No big deal, I just got an uber ride. Communication between transportation and front desk was a little lack as we waited for nearly an hour to be picked up from the market place when we called way in advance and then proceeded to contact them several times after for updates--that was frustrating. Housekeeping staff were amazing and nice. Room was very clean. Beware of the hot water in the shower though, can get so hot that you can faint if not careful since there isn't any real ventilation in the bathroom (at least the one we had). I did see one bug that looked like a roach crawling (can't confirm) around on the desk when I turned the light on one night so make sure you shake your things out before you leave. For the money, it was a good stay. Can't really complain about the facilities, my issue and frustration was related to their transportation team

Easy check-in, friendly staff. Within easy walking distance to Space Needle and Center Park. Transit is also close by

Bed uncomfortable. Gym minimal. Breakfast great. Smells like it used to be a smoking hotel. Staff comfortable with people waiting hours to check in.

hotel staff did not clean my room on my second day, the rooms were too old and did not appeared that they had done any remodeling in many years

This was an average hotel with a great location. Housekeeping came by several times before 10am, which wasn't the best.

Basic hotel with average amenities. But the location is great, so you shouldn't be spending that much time in the room anyways! Just be sure to bring earplugs because it is right on a busy street.

Very good shower pressure. The complimentary shuttle service was no where to be found when I wanted to use it, twice. There is no pool or hot tub anymore. The location was very good. The room was clean and mostly comfortable. Parking is about $19 a night.

Overall stay at the hotel was good,,,the staff was very nice which was the best part of my stay,,the hotel itself is overdue for an upgrade and a good scrub.

The TV didn't work, despite three reports to the desk we had no TV for our entire 3 night stay. Staff was pleasant, breakfast was good and it was an easy walk to Seattle Center Park and the monorail to downtown.

This was my second trip to this hotel. On my first trip I gave this hotel higher than average scores. Being a business traveler internet access is essential and on my first stay it was excellent and almost unusable this trip. In addition the room went from larger than average to smaller than average.

The internet was reliable and that was important for my business trip. The building looked a little worn but everything I saw worked fine. Did ask for a wake up call every night but only got the wake up call 2 out of the mornings there.

I read some reviews that complained about the age and condition of the hotel and while I agree that the interior doesn't look fresh or new but i also saw no defects during my experience. Being on a business trip internet reliability is essential and it worked fine. If this hotel were located elsewhere I'd say it was overpriced but for downtown Seattle it was the lowest cost option which I guess makes it a deal. I only have one complaint. I only got 2 wake up calls though I verbally requested them all 4 nights.

air condition pool, room is near to street, soooo noisey. other is fair as well.
