Efficient Apartment in Fabulous Location

This apartment is small but exceptionally efficient. We stayed for 5 weeks and found it very comfortable. The neighborhood is typical urban - a little noisy at times but never terribly noisy and the building itself is very quiet (we never heard from adjoining apartments or noise in the hall). We especially enjoyed the Old Ballard neighborhood: pubs and great restaurants are a short walk, plus any other shopping you might need is readily available.
