This home is split into two units and this is the lower level only. It is a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit with a partially fenced backyard and BBQ Grill, about 800 sqft. Sofa bed in the living room accomondates an extra 2. Laundry and parking is shared with upstairs guests.
**Home Higlights** • Kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with cookware, silverware, servingware, spices, coffee & tea for all your cooking needs. • All beds are outfitted with high quality mattresses and linens. • Plenty of parking on the driveway with electric charging available (please bring your own plugs). **About the Reservation** • In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening. • We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise. • For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.

**House Rules** • This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets. • Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
