Staff was great - from check in and throughout my stay. Made the experience. Rooms were comfortable and updated. Location was ideal for walking and enjoying Seattle.

Love the renovations and staff was amazing!

It’s ok ! Could’ve been better for the price.they shouldn’t up charge for a Tub.

The look was very unique which I liked. Staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was delicious and I would definitely eat their again. However I won’t stay here again due to the smell and noise. There was a mechanical vibration strong enough to be heard over music or the TV. And you can hear all the street noise even on the 9th floor. The smell was overwhelming in some places and hard to explain but not pleasant at all. Unfortunately I barely slept even after they very nicely moved me twice.

Hotel was really nice and the decor and style of the entire place is amazing. My two complaints: mattress on bed is really cheap quality and definite high and lows spots throughout. Woke up with a sore back from it. Biggest complaint is the bathroom. It looks great and the sliding barn door looks awesome. Problem with that is it doesn’t close well enough to create a seal (you can actually still seen into the bathroom when closed) and there is no fan in bathroom. So there’s absolutely no privacy in the bathroom unless your spouse cranks up the tv super loud to drown out the bathroom noises. Bathroom is all tile everywhere too so everything echos. Lastly the shower. No curtain or sliding shower door. Just a three foot section of glass. So you basically have to get inside the shower to turn it on and get out fast enough to not get sprayed with cold water. And even on full hot water it barely kept you warm.

I loved the old time feel but with modern updates. I will definitely stay again!

Hotel does not have parking and surrounding areas only have parking until 7am. Overall hotel was overpriced for features and the parking situation was terrible.

Entire staff was friendly. Great locAtion. Excellent food. Modern interiors for such an old building. Small rooms.

Vintage aesthetic works without feeling stuffy or antique. Overnight staff was half asleep and food delivery people were admitted without calling guests to alert. Communal bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash with no lock or device to prevent guests from opening and tampering with contents - gross.

It was a great experience. The bed is really comfortable! The bathroom is beautiful! My only problem was it was a $100+ more dollars than expected. This is very frustrating and seems almost criminal with the extra fees they charge you for.

I always love staying at Kimpton Hotels! So quirky and cute! And with their dog friendly environment, it is always a plus for us! However, at this Kimpton, having a dog meant that our room was never cleaned. We were gone half of the day, with the dog, and the staff opted not to clean the room. Each time, we had to call down for service and it was a pain to do so. Not a fan of having to do that. However, the hotel is close to everything and if they could get their cleaning act together I would stay there again.

Great location and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful!

Nice staff (Joey at the front desk was cool) , nice accommodations, clean room. Overall a great experience!

The staff was attentive and happy. Our room wasn't huge, but very comfortable and clean. Loved the style of the hotel and bar. Great drink menu and bartender was awesome! Had brunch in the hotel restaurant and the food was great! Just around the corner from Pikes Market and the downtown bar/club scene. Went to a concert at Key Arena and walked back after the show. Perfect location!

The hotel staff were extremely friendly! At the desk, in the hall, when riding the elevator, in the bar, in the restaurant. A member of house keeping even waived from a room she was working in, earlier we chatted and she was so nice. It was impressive how friendly everyone was. The room was very nice. The funny pillows maybe a little worn...but clean. We were at the front of the building and lots of construction was happing across the street. It was pretty loud starting around 7:30am. Strangely it wasn't bothersome enough to be asked to move rooms. It provided great people watching and we got to watch a skyscraper be built. Not the most terrible thing and made for fun stories about what was going on outside. The bar was nice, the staff made you feel very welcome and the drinks were extremely well made. We ate in the bar and the food was very nice, I was surprised a little. I don't know why, but it was better than I'd hoped. Room service breakfast was a little bit of a let down but it can be dicey with corn beef and hash. Everything from check in to check out was also very speedy. This was my first stay here and I was so happy about how easy it was to get around from the location . I've been to Seattle many times and this has been my favorite location. It's a perfectly lovely hotel in an amazing location. Even the mini bar is priced acceptable by hotel standards.

Had a wonderful experience with my two granddaughters....the staff with very personal with my girls and I felt welcomed. They were extremely helpful directing us to various activities and booking several tours. Great place for both families and adults. Thank you!

Walking distance from plenty of downtown's attraction. Staff was great and friendly. Breakfast at the restaurant located at the hotel was delicious.

It's a nice hotel in a good location, but the beds are uncomfortable. Not only was the mattress not comfortable, but these are platform beds and my has been scraped his shin on a corner leaving a nice gash in the middle of the night.
