This property is undergoing major renovations. Everything is old and outdated and dirty. They are tearing a lot of things out and all the debris is EVERYWHERE. They don't even have a vending machine with water and drinks on the property. We had no remote control in the room. The airing area for the dogs is very small and there are no bags to clean up so there is poop everywhere. If we had to stay more than one night and weren't flying out so early, I would have just left. Wait till the renovations are completed to book. There is debris everywhere and it smells pretty bad.

The floors in our room had not been swept or vacuumed. There was hair and food and debri all over the floor. I went and asked for a broom and the front desk didn't say a word, just handed me the broom. I spent some time trying to get all the hair and gunk off the floors. I was pretty grossed out.
Staff very helpful. Property had insufficient luggage dollies which made unloading of care and check in very difficult.

Staff was great and went out of there way. However the facility itself was poor. There wasn’t even any garbage cans in the rms.

My room was next to the stairway. The fire door was wide open and broken so it could not be closed. Anyone could enter the hallway through the door. The La Quinta is a straight up 2 1/2 star hotel.

A bit dated but they have signs up that they are renovating. Definitely needs it.
Very clean and quiet room. Wonderful bed. Linens were lush and new. Satisfying breakfast. Staff helpful. Our room needed a few repairs and one morning there was zero hot water and I had to take a cold shower. To be fair however, I told the desk manager and she got on it quickly. Hot water when we returned.
