La Quinta Inn & Suites Seattle Downtown

Hotel is well located, clean and reasonable when compared to other Seattle hotels.

Within walking distance to all the downtown Seattle sites. Priced much lower than most downtown hotels without lacking cleanliness, free breakfast, good customer service, free parking and comfortable beds.

The hotel staffs are very friendly and the room is comfortable.

They held our bags until we could check in. Br akfast was great.

We arrived in the evening to a very unimpressive looking hotel. There was one person at the desk. There were no food options open so we opted to walk 4 blocks to " nearby" restaurants. The safety of the location is questionable and we decided to return. The hotel is very expensive and is totally not worth it! Rooms are dark, outdated and halls are smelly. Traveling to Seattle to catch a cruise ship in the morning and we had a rough start to the trip- better if this hotel aimed to offer some limited food services to weary travelers. We felt this hotel was a rip off.

We appreciated the location setting in the center of all attractions. They were all walking distance and/or city bus access. Beautiful city! Hotel very comfortable, clean and friendly staff. Breakfasts, superb!!!

My room, the gym and dining area are clean. A gigantic high rise building is under construction next door, which resulted in loud construction noise as early as 4:45AM some mornings. LaQuinta - please install mechanisms in the room doors so they don't slam closed. Several people staying in the same hotel are nice enough to let their doors slam closed at any time of day or night, literally shaking items in my room. I use people like these as examples of how not to act and why when talking with my 5 and 3 year old. With some effort on my end, I won't raise my children to be disrespectful adults.

Good, spacious and Clean room. Close to space Needle and the farmers market. Staff was Nice And Helpful, there is a Construction next To the hotel but did affect Us. Breakfast was a Good addition and Fee Parking

Older hotel but worked well for us. Great location, staff was great and the breakfasts were a handy way to start each day!

If you are looking for a nice hotel, close to downtown, with breakfast then this is the place for you. The hotel was recently updated, and the staff were friendly. We spent a lot of time walking around Seattle and found this hotel extremely convenient. If you don't want to splash out for dinner there is a Whole Foods nearby too. Overall would stay at this place again. Be aware that there is construction going on next door (seems everywhere is under construction) which operates from 9am. It didn't bother us but others might find it off putting.

Everyone was great amongst all the workers. Extremely helpful and friendly

The staff was super friendly, the hotel dated but clean and nice, the parking garage was really tight and wouldn't have accommodated a large SUV. Overall, the hotel was fine and met our needs for this trip.

I thought the Staff & Room & Facility were Excellent. Of course, I would have liked a Rm. with a view other than another bldg. as my view right in front of my rm. Other than that, it was GREAT!

We needed a place to stay near the downtown are and chose this one. It easy to walk from there to anywhere. We would do it again. The hotel offers comfortable beds and a nice breakfast. The street out front was not busy, but that may be because there is construction happening all over Seattle right now.

Room was clean and quiet. Older but updated hotel. Very relaxing! Within walking distance to downtown. Would stay again! Breakfast was well kept. Staff over friendly.

When I first walked in, I thought the room looked very small but it actually was nicely laid out and larger than first thought. It was a U-shaped room, and the bathroom area was walled off from the bedroom/TV area. I thought that was clever, as it cuts down on the interference from either area. I also really liked the entertainment center in the room: There was a wardrobe, fridge, and a few drawers, but they were all well-hidden within the entertainment center. The staff was great. The first night we were there, we came in very late and were looking for a diner open late. The front desk staff pointed us in the direction of Seattle's oldest dive bar down the street, and the food was outstanding. We appreciated the free parking, but the spaces were very narrow. We were nervous parking our rented VW Beetle. We also appreciated the free breakfast, which had hot food and bagels and cereal, etc. The fitness center was very basic, with one treadmill, one elliptical, and some free weights.

The title might not make sense. But the main reason we picked this hotel is it was within comfortable walking distance to the convention center and other attractions. The room was pretty comfortable for what we needed it for. The only downside to the hotel when we checked in was the construction next door. But that won't be permanent. The free breakfast was nice and I found it satisfactory. The hotel staff were awesome.

It was first time I booked this hotel. It was closed pier and walked around downtown. I would like to recommend everyone stay this hotel.

We were a little skeptical when we saw the hotel from the outside, but when we entered we noticed it has been completely remodeled. The lobby was very inviting and they had warm cookies waiting for people checking in. They had a nice business center with computers and printer, a nice eating area, small gym with treadmill and weights, and a few washing machines. The only downside to this hotel is the limited parking, even though they say free parking, you may have to park on the street or in a paid lot if you arrive too late. The staff are all very nice and helpful. The lady who puts out all the food in the breakfast area is very friendly and loves to mingle with all the guests. Our room wasn't big, but it was nice. We had a partial view of the Space Needle, which is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The Pike Place Market was about a 15 minute walk from the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised with what we got for the price, and would definitely recommend this hotel to any of our friends.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. However, with a new high rise going up on the next lot parking became a major hassle.

I appreciate your input. As not everyone is conscious of the noise made by the doors shutting, we are currently exploring our options for automatic door closers which will prevent the doors from slamming. Thank you again for your feedback. We hope to see you again!
