They change a $100 deposit to your credit cart when you check in, incase something is amiss when you check out. They will refund it after they check the room on checkout. They just said it is "our policy". No refund after almost 1 week. The bathtub was rusty and the faucets did not fully turn off after using them. Battery on door lock was low. Had to ask to be let into my room each time.

Don't dare to ask to check in early and when checking in to our 2 rooms, the attendant was rude she didn't give different keys separate for rooms, or ask who was in rooms (so when my husband asked about room layer during stay they said they couldn't give info cause he wasn't on file) asked about WiFi and she didn't even know password... get to room, floors dirty, towels stained (all towels throughout stay), the blanket had cigarette holes (non smoking room), toilet seat broken that was my room, my mom's had the same besides lots of Cobb webs, broken sink faucet, short in microwave... and when asked to fix they said they would change room (but wanted to do so during the day and was asked to stay there to change rooms, we are on vacation with plans), next room was better beside the massive leak in bathtube (They didn't care) the floors to rooms all 3 were so dirty our feet were black just walking around room. We didn't get room service the first weekend day and when i sked front desk she said "we don't clean or do beds on weekends we have too many rooms to clean" (are you kidding me?! Get more staff then! ) the stairs were uneven and unsteady (UNSAFE) the hot tube jets didn't work and no towels for pool (was told pool closed hour before posted time) better get there early if you want any kind of "breakfast" if you get there 30mins before closing you'll get attitude and nothing else.... not a place id stay again

This is the kind of place that makes you afraid to touch anything, or sleep with your back to the door. Everything is old, and feels dirty even if it’s been recently wiped down. In hindsight would rather have paid more and felt comfortable and safe. This was the quality of a $49 motel room but cost $100.

Chairs were filthy with God know what kind of stains. One of the outlets was sparking. Toilet seat was loose almost falling off. The main overhard light for the room didn't work. There's was blood on the table next to the bed. There was a dirty wet towel in the fridge that didn't even close all the way. Wifi was very poor. Walls next to the door and the door itself was filthy. Coffee maker lid where you would pour the water in was missing and was filthy inside. I have pictures of everything. I'd highly recommend taking this off your list of hotels.

The room was clean. The staff are friendly. The only.problem I had was that the cable in my room didn't work. Other than that. My stay there was satisfactory

As always. I enjoyed my stay it's an easy walking distance to my work and a quiet comfortable experience. Front desk people are friendly and always have a smile for you. Me and my wife will be returning again

It was a comfortable stay. I liked how clean the room was. Friendly staff checking in and checking out. Only complaint I would have is I had to have the key reactivated everyday I was there. But other than that. I had a good stay

Hotel had smoke detectors chirping all night . There was no remote control for television and it was need in order to operate the television offer direct TV but had a 24 hour weight to activate. It was a non smoking room that wiped of steal cigarettes smoke . Bathroom was deplorable. Just all out nasty can't believe this was offered as a room for more than 150 dollars a night when contacted front desk they said nothing they could do until the next morning no type of soap and on top of all that pay for the room thur sight they wanted a fifty dollar deposit they reall6need to come off your list

It was my first time stayed in Econo lodge hotel. Pretty decent to stay, but the custmer service was not pleasant. I requested to extend 15 minutes longer in my stay in order for me to pack up my stuff. The lady at the hotel said, we charge late fee. It was dissatisfied experience.

room gelt dirty bathroom had hair on the floor gum stuck in the corner of wall by toilet sink faucets had little hairs in them. towels had hair on them

It’s a cold night and I rent a king bed here at this hotel. The room is okay for the price, but the heater didn’t even turn on. So it made this expierence a little uncomfortable. The room was very cold.
