Don't dare to ask to check in early and when checking in to our 2 rooms, the attendant was rude she didn't give different keys separate for rooms, or ask who was in rooms (so when my husband asked about room layer during stay they said they couldn't give info cause he wasn't on file) asked about WiFi and she didn't even know password... get to room, floors dirty, towels stained (all towels throughout stay), the blanket had cigarette holes (non smoking room), toilet seat broken that was my room, my mom's had the same besides lots of Cobb webs, broken sink faucet, short in microwave... and when asked to fix they said they would change room (but wanted to do so during the day and was asked to stay there to change rooms, we are on vacation with plans), next room was better beside the massive leak in bathtube (They didn't care) the floors to rooms all 3 were so dirty our feet were black just walking around room. We didn't get room service the first weekend day and when i sked front desk she said "we don't clean or do beds on weekends we have too many rooms to clean" (are you kidding me?! Get more staff then! ) the stairs were uneven and unsteady (UNSAFE) the hot tube jets didn't work and no towels for pool (was told pool closed hour before posted time) better get there early if you want any kind of "breakfast" if you get there 30mins before closing you'll get attitude and nothing else.... not a place id stay again
