Very good location. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Downside was the construction in front of the hotel (didn't hear the noise in the room though).

The property was centrally located which was a plus. The staff at the front desk had their heads in the sand 99% of the time. When I asked them questions they looked at me with a glazed look in their eyes and never did really answer my questions. The bellman was excellent and on top of things as well as the cleaning staff.

Enjoy being in the heart of the city places to dine nearby and great view of the space needle right out our window.

Cold shower over priced ,will not stay there again.

Typical Holiday Inn Express. Rooms clean but showing signs of age and wear. Bed not the most luxurious or comfortable in the world but clean. Breakfast pretty good with large selection. Staff very helpful. Great location for sights.

great location.very friendly staff. the hot breakfast is great have so many selection. love the shower head its huge and the water pressure was strong. the only downside is the bath drainage were clogged. the water drained very slow. and one of the lamp by the desk was not working.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in Downtown Seattle. It's a roughly 20 minute walk from the Westlake Station. If you're taking the Link rail from Seattle International Airport, you're looking at a roughly 45 minute commute. Overall, the rooms are clean and the staff is relatively pleasant. There is a free breakfast that is included with your stay which features eggs, sausage, cereal, pancakes and such. The Seattle Space Needle, one of the biggest attractions in town is a really short walk from the hotel. However, night 2 was marred by major problems with the fire alarm system. It went off 3 times after Midnight. Seattle FD came after the first time and declared nothing was wrong, but after it went off 2 more times, it was definitely a malfunction. The staff tried to make the best of a bad situation from some very unhappy customers. I appreciated the night manager Duane doing the best he could to alleviate the situation, but it was still a disappointing and miserable night having to stand outside in the cold and rain with severe lack of sleep. I was traveling with my Mom and we had to catch a 2:30am shuttle ride for a very early morning flight, so we were horrendously sleep deprived. Overall, I have to rate my stay here a C-

Really close to downtown and all the sights. Perfect to walk to the Space Needle, hopped the monorail to Westlake and walked to Pike's from there. Great location.

Great place staff was helpful clean rooms will stay again

Good location. Expensive for amenities. Parking expensive

Great hotel that is walking distance to Space Needle. Easy access to bus service to downtown. And close to downtown easy to get to with a Uber or Lyft car. The rooms are very comfortable nice king size bed. Nice large LG television with all the cable channels. Our room had good air conditioning . The bathroom is small with a tub shower and toliet. The vanity is in the entrance way. There is parking but it is 21 dollars a night exrtra. There are plenty of restaurants to walk to eat or take uber if you want we walked. Very nice neighborhood to walk in felt very safe. Wi-Fi included with the room and breakfast every morning all very good. There is a inside pool if you want to use it. The staff was very nice and friendly. Coffee in the morning and newspaper in lobby. Elevators to get up to rooms. The rooms were nice and quiet. I would stay at this Hoilday Inn Expess again.

Within walking distance to Space Needle and restaurants. Around 20 minute walk to the Public Market. Seemed like a safe neighborhood.

This hotel is within walking distance to several nice restaurants and the Space Needle complex, which includes several attractions. A monorail from that complex will quickly get you downtown and if you don't mind a 20 to 25 minute walk, that will get you to Pike Place.

Check in staff was helpful and informative. Room is comfortable and clean. Would highly recommend.

Nice hotel within walking distance to attractions. Nice breakfast & great staff

The staff was friendly and efficient. They were very helpful regarding places to go and also restaurants. They also arranged for a shuttle to our cruise ship. For the price the hotel was fine. Disappointed that the view was a wall and hallway of the hotel adjacent.

Front desk clerk stayed late to check us in very late, due to delayed plane. Thank you.
