Centrally-located place perfect for business travelers! Near downtown Kirkland, major highways, close to Bellevue and in close proximity to healthcare facilities such as EvergreenHealth and Virginia Mason. Shopping center close by w/Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, and more. Accessible building with garage (extra fee) and gym. Each bedroom has a queen bed, treadmill, sit-stand desk and smart TV. Bright living area with balcony, 2 sofas and smart TV. Full kitchen with amenities for all your needs.
Other things to note
• Please note that the unit does not have central air conditioning. We have three portable AC units available.
• There is free street parking right outside the building, but we do have a reserved spot in the garage. Garage parking requires an extra flat fee proportional to the length of your stay as the building charges us to reserve the spot.
• We can guarantee the reserved garage parking for a single car; if you have more than one car we will likely be able to accommodate it, but we only have one garage fob.
• PLEASE NOTE: As the unit is very close to Highway 405, you may encounter a good deal of highway noise when opening the windows.
• No package or mailing acceptance at the location. Use nearby Amazon Locker or shipping offices.
